Ειρωνία και αγένεια μόνο από την πρώτη φορά που επισκέφτηκα το μαγαζί.Όταν πήγα να κάνω την αλλαγή προσβολές και φωνές. Με το ζόρι να σου πουλήσουν ό,τι τους βολεύει. Από τους χειρότερους επαγγελματίες που έχω συναντήσει. Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να βάλω μηδέν αστεράκια. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι η μεγάλη γκάμα παπουτσιών που με έβαλε σε περισσότερη σκέψη μέχρι να καταλήξω στην επιλογή μου ! Χαιρόμαστε να ψωνίζουμε σε τέτοια καταστήματα που ανεβάζουν το μέτρο σύγκρισης! Πολύ ωραία τα παπούτσια σας αλλά δυστυχώς δεν έχετε ιδέα από την συμπεριφορά που έχουν αντίστοιχα υπαλλήλοι ή ιδιοκτήτες μπουτίκ οπότε χάνεται και η οποία αξία των προϊόντων σας.Ευχομαι να αντιληφθείτε άμεσα ότι οι πελάτες δίνουν ζωή στο κατάστημα και όχι το ανάστημα του υπαλλήλου ή του ιδιοκτήτη!Καλή συνέχεια! Κ	ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΑ ΤΣΑΝΑΚΛΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε απαντηση στην απαντηση σας θα σας πω οτι άβουλη δεν είμαι, οπώς επίσης δεν είμαι και ξεροκέφαλη και οταν απευθύνομαι σε ενα καταστήμα ακούω και τον πώλητη που στην δικη μου περίπτωση ήταν το "αφέντικο" γιατί υποτίθεται ξέρει τη δουλεία του. Οσο για την εγκαιρη αλλαγη υπάρχουν και παράγοντες που μας ξεπερνανε οπως στη δικη μου περιπτωση που 3 μερες μετα την αγορά μπήκα να γεννησω εκτάκτως το δευτερο παιδι μου οπότε να αλλαξω το παπουτσι στο 10ημερο ηταν αδυνατο. Οταν επικοινωνησα σας είπα το λογο και παλι αρνηθηκατε. Ακουστε λιγο τους δυσαρεστημενους πελατες σας και μην απαντατε προσβλητικα και πικροχολα.Ποικιλία μπορεί να έχει άλλα είναι ο χειρότερος επαγγελματίας που έχω συναντήσει στη ζωή μου, εκτός ότι μου πούλησε μικρότερο παπουτσι (το έχει σύστημα) μετά αρνείται και την επιστροφή αν περάσουν 10 μέρες. Σε μένα για 10 μέρες παραπάνω αρνήθηκε να μου αλλάξει απλά το νούμερο. Με τέτοια συμπεριφορά δεν έχασα εγώ είναι το μόνο σίγουρο. Έχει πολύ πιο αξιόλογους επαγγελματίες πόλη μας να στηριξουμε. Πήρα παπούτσια για την μικρή μου το πρωί και ρώτησα αν δεν βολεψει το παπούτσι αν μπορώ να το αλλάξω,ρώτησα για ένα άλλο σχέδιο και μου είπε πως υπάρχει,πήγα το απόγευμα με το παιδί μαζί και εν τέλη το χρώμα που ήθελα δεν υπήρχε,υπήρχε σε άλλο χρώμα,είπα δεν πειράζει.το κόστος του παπουτσιού που πήρα ήταν κατά 3€ φθηνότερο. Όχι να πάρω παντόφλες για την διαφορά τιμής,όχι δεν μπορεί να μου επιστρέψει τα 3€,όχι δεν μπορεί να τα κρατήσει τα 3€,όχι δεν μπορεί να μου επιστρέψει όλο το χρηματικό ποσό και να μην πάρω τα παπούτσια τελικά και όχι να πάρω ένα ζευγάρι άλλο με την ίδια τιμή...και θα λογοδοτήσω και και και... αλήθεια αν ήταν 3€ παραπανω θα υπήρχε το ίδιο πρόβλημα με την απόδειξη; Πρώτη φορά στην ζωή μου τέτοια συμπεριφορά... Και ΟΧΙ ποτέ ξανά δεν είχα τέτοιο πρόβλημα σε άλλο μαγαζί.Μονο σε εσάς. Λυπάμαι ειλικρινά γιατί είμαι από τους ανθρώπους που στηρίζω τα τοπικά μαγαζιά... Εσάς φυσικά ποτέ ξανά. Inadmissible.
