Επαγγελματίες γυμναστές, καθαρός και προσεγμένος χώρος που τηρεί στο έπακρο τα μέτρα προστασίας και όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί.. Τι άλλο να ζητήσει κανείς?? Μπράβο σας!! The gym you enjoy going to !! Professional gymnasts, clean and neat place that fully observes the protection measures and all very polite .. What else to ask ?? Well done!!

Ολα τα παιδια είναι ειναι χαμογελαστα και προθυμα να βοηθησουν σε οτιδηποτε χρειαστεις! Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα!!! A clean and beautiful place with trained gymnasts who make sure that the execution of the exercises is done correctly and safely for the trainee. All the children are smiling and willing to help with anything you need! I highly recommend it !!!
Π	Πέτρος Κάργας (Predrag) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποτε δε πιστευα οτι θα με κανει καποιος να ασχοληθω τοσο σοβαρα με τη γυμναστικη μου οπως το καταφεραν ο Νικος και η Νατασσα με την ομαδα τους... Πλεον το cross εχει γινει κομματι της ζωης μου και απολαμβανω τα αποτελεσματα στην καθημερινοτητα μου!!! Ολιγομελη τμηματα που ο γυμναστης εστιαζει στις αναγκες του καθε αθλουμενου και τα θελω του!!! Οτι καλυτερο εχω συναντησει!!! ??? I never thought that someone would make me take my gym as seriously as Nikos and Natassa did with their team ... Now the cross has become a part of my life and I enjoy the results in my daily life !!! Small sections that the gymnast focuses on the needs of each athlete and their wants !!! The best I have encountered !!! ???

Οι γυμναστές είναι πολύ καταρτισμένοι και απόφοιτοι πανεπιστημίου! Κατά την διάρκεια των ολιγομελών τμημάτων ασχολούνται με τον καθένα μας ξεχωριστά! Το χαμόγελο, η ευγένεια και ο σεβασμός, τους χαρακτηρίζει όλους ανεξαιρέτως! Τα μαθήματα του Pilates reformer είναι καταπληκτικά με την ανεπανάληπτη Νατάσα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Very nice, clean and ventilated area located on the first floor overlooking Mount Hymettus! Gymnasts are highly trained and university graduates! During the small classes, they deal with each of us individually! The smile, the kindness and the respect, characterize them all without exception! The lessons of Pilates reformer are amazing with the unique Natasha! I highly recommend it !!!

Η Νατάσα είναι μια καταπληκτική γυμνάστρια, την οποία γνωρίζω πάνω από μια δεκαετία και είναι η γυμνάστρια που κατάφερε να με κρατήσει εντός γυμναστηρίου. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα να επισκεφτείτε το γυμναστήριο και να αφουγκραστείτε τη θετική του αύρα. An excellent place that has been built with a lot of passion and love, despite the objective difficulties that gyms have been going through for the last 2 years due to covid. Natasha is an amazing gymnast, whom I have known for over a decade and she is the gymnast who managed to keep me in the gym. I highly recommend you visit the gym and listen to its positive aura.
