★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σχετικά νέο Οινοποιείο με γαλλική επιρροή στις ποικιλίες σταφυλιών για οινοποίηση. Καταπληκτικό το ροζέ Σκερτσο σε αρώματα και γεύσεις που δοκίμασα. Συγχαρητήρια και στον Αλέξανδρο που μας ξενάγησε στους χώρους του οινοποιείου απαντώντας σε απορίες για το κρασί που φαινόταν ότι το γνώριζε πολύ καλά πάρα το νεαρό της ηλικίας του.
 Relatively new Winery with French influence on the grape varieties for winemaking. The Rose Scherzo is amazing in aromas and flavors that I tried. Congratulations also to Alexandros who guided us to the winery, answering questions about the wine that he seemed to know very well despite his young age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να ξεκινήσουμε από τους πολύ πρόσχαρους ανθρώπους που έχουν το οινοποιείο και εργάζονται σε αυτό. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο λοιπόν, στον Μπάκη, την Φανή, τον Αλέξανδρο και στα υπόλοιπα παιδιά. Το μέρος και τις αναμνήσεις τα κάνουν οι άνθρωποι, και σίγουρα θα τους θυμόμαστε πολύ ευχάριστα όλους τους.
Φαίνεται ότι έχουν μεράκι και αγάπη για αυτό που κάνουν. Με μεγάλη προθυμία ο νεότερος οινολόγος, ο Αλέξανδρος, μας εξιστόρησε τη διαδικασία της οινοποίησης και μας έκανε να ενδιαφερθούμε ειλικρινά για αυτήν. Η ξενάγησε ήταν περίπου μισή ώρα και περιλάμβανε όλους τους χώρους του οινοποιείου. Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μας έκανε η τράπεζα φύλαξης κρασιών, που αναμένεται να λειτουργήσει το προσεχές διάστημα.
Καταλήξαμε σε μία υπέροχη αίθουσα οινογευσίας, όπου ο Αλέξανδρος μας σέρβιρε τα κρασιά του οινοποιείου, εξηγώντας μας παράλληλα τον σωστό τρόπο για να τα γευτούμε αλλά και την πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα ιστορία τους. Παράλληλα ο κύριος Μπάκης μας εξιστορούσε πολύ ενδιαφέρουσες ιστορίες από τη ζωη του σαν οινοποιός.
Αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι η περιοχή της Δράμας, βρίθει από οινοποιεία. Αν έχετε λοιπόν χρόνο μόνο για ένα, σίγουρα σας προτείνω το Οινογένεσις.
Let's start with the very happy people who own the winery and work in it. Well done to Bakis, Fani, Alexandros and the other children. The place and the memories are made by the people, and we will surely remember them all very happily.
They seem to have a passion and love for what they do. The youngest oenologist, Alexandros, eagerly told us about the winemaking process and made us genuinely interested in it. The tour was about half an hour and included all the areas of the winery. We were particularly impressed by the wine storage bank, which is expected to open in the near future.
We ended up in a wonderful wine tasting room, where Alexander served us the wines of the winery, explaining to us the right way to taste them and their very interesting history. At the same time, Mr. Bakis told us very interesting stories from his life as a winemaker.
I understand that the area of Drama is full of wineries. So if you only have time for one, I definitely recommend Oenogenesis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κόσμημα το οινοποιείο Οινογένεσις για την πόλη της Δράμας. Πολύ κομψός και εκλεπτυσμένος χώρος, σε απόλυτη αρμονία με τα χρώματα, τα αρώματα και τις γεύσεις των κρασιών του κτήματος... Πολύ ποιοτικά κρασιά, πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα η ξενάγηση στις εγκαταστάσεις του οινοποιείου. Το επιλέξαμε για να κάνουμε την ομορφότερη μέρα της ζωής μας πραγματικότητα. Οι υπεύθυνοι έδειξαν πλήρη επαγγελματισμό, ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα και απάντησαν με ειλικρίνεια σε κάθε μας ερώτηση ή ανησυχία για την οργάνωση της δεξίωσής μας. Αναμφισβήτητα, αξίζει να αφιερώσει κανείς χρόνο για να επισκεφθεί το χώρο αλλά και να έχει ιδία άποψη για την υψηλή αισθητική και εξυπηρέτηση.

The Oenogenesis winery is a jewel for the city of Drama. Very elegant and refined space, in perfect harmony with the colors, aromas and flavors of the wines of the estate ... Very high quality wines, very interesting tour of the winery. We chose it to make the most beautiful day of our lives a reality. The people in charge showed complete professionalism, responded immediately and answered honestly to any of our questions or concerns about the organization of our reception. Undoubtedly, it is worth taking the time to visit the place but also to have your own opinion about the high aesthetics and service.
