★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo Apartments, located in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, is an amazing range of apartments that offers unique views of Kitroplatia Beach and the surrounding areas. During my stay in Crete for a week, we were well looked after, specifically, by the front desk lady, Joanna, who would give us information on Crete, where to go and would make sure our stay was a worthy and comfortable one. Kind-hearted, lovely and genuine Joanna is, we could not thank her enough for her services. Other members of staff was very nice too, and would try conversation despite their English not being as great. Still, we appreciated the attempt. The cleaning of the apartments would be done every day at a specific time, and would be done extremely well. Sheets being changed, floor being mopped, windows being cleaned all was a part of the lovely service we received. When I return to Crete, I will stay here once more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy check in. Rooms are according to a normal 3 star Hotel. The view (balcony sea view) is amazing. Relaxed area and really, really beautiful beach right in front of the hotel.

You get everything you need for your stay, very comfortable beds, great cleaning service, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
On top of everything Popi is a great host and very welcoming.
Definitely recommended.
