Να μας πείτε πως το καταφέρνετε αυτό ενώ είμαστε κρεμασμένοι στο κουδούνι να σας περιμένουμε!!!!? Συνεργάζομαι με όλες τις ταχυμεταφορικές εδώ και 10 χρόνια, πρώτη φορά βλέπω τέτοια επιδεικτική αδιαφορία σε συνεργάτες. Την ίδια εβδομάδα στείλαμε από το κατάστημά μας ένα προϊόν, την ίδια μέρα έφτασε και σκαναρίστηκε στο Κέντρο Διαλογής Αττικής και έκτοτε αγνοούνταν. Το αναζήτησε ο πελάτης μετά από μια εβδομάδα και αναγκάστηκε να πάει ο ίδιος να παραλάβει το πακέτο, το οποίο ήταν και δώρο για γιορτή μάλιστα. Πραγματικά είναι κρίμα να δουλεύει ο μηχανισμός τόσο ομαλά και να τα θαλασσώνετε στο τελευταίο checkpoint. Από εμάς ένα μεγάλο Χ στην Γενική Γαλατσίου να φαίνεται από το διάστημα. Μακαρι να παραδειγματιστουν και τα υπολοιπα καταστηματα διοτι ειναι ανεπιτρεπτο να αδιαφορουν για τις τηλεφωνικες κλησεις!!
