Έχω να πω ότι οι τιμές είναι άκρως ανταγωνιστικές και η συσκευή smartphone που παρέλαβα είναι ακριβώς ότι παρήγγειλα και τίποτα διαφορετικό...!! Το μόνο μείον για εμένα, εξού και τα 4 αστέρια, είναι το θέμα της ενημέρωσης του πελάτη σχετικά με την πορεία της παραγγελίας (βλέπω και άλλα σχόλια επί του ίδιου θέματος), παρόλα αυτά οι εργαζόμενοι του καταστήματος ήταν πάρα πολύ πρόθυμοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμούσα το PERISHOP για αγορά ειδών τεχνολογίας. Hi to all. I have recently made a purchase from the store through the official website. I have to say that the prices are very competitive and the smartphone device I received is exactly what I ordered and nothing different ... !! The only minus for me, hence the 4 stars, is the issue of informing the customer about the progress of the order (I see other comments on the same subject), however the employees of the store were very willing and helpful. I would definitely prefer PERISHOP again to buy technology items.
B	BOSS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγινε η παραγγελια και η πληρωμη Πεμπτη για κινητο το οποιο στο site τους ηταν ετοιμοπαραδοτο.Επικοινωνησα μαζι τους κατοπιν για την ενημερωση της πληρωμης και το οτι προκειται για δωρο παιδιου και με διαβεβαιωσαν οτι θα το στειλουν οσο το δυνατο συντομοτερα.Δευτερα μεσημερι αφου δεν εχουν στειλει email αποστολης,ουτε εχουν επικοινωνησει για την καθυστερηση τους περνω εγω και μου λενε οτι αργησε η αποθηκη και θα σταλει εντος ημερας,ματαια ομως.Τους ξαναπερνω την επομενη γιατι δεν βλεπω καποια κινηση και μου λενε τα ιδια...ειμαστε ακομα στην αναμονη αποστολης.Θεωρω οτι οταν βλεπουμε σε ενα καταστημα οτι ενα προιον ειναι ετοιμοπαραδοτο και στην ουσια δεν.....ειναι πλανη!Θα επανελθω με νεο σχολιο οταν παραλαβουμε το προιον για την κατασταση του και τον τροπο πακεταρισματος. Eστειλαν email αποστολης χωρις να αναγραφει το tracking number που θεωρω σημαντικη παραλειψη. Το προιον το παραλαβαμε Τεταρτη(6μερες μετα την παραγγελια) σε ικανοποιητικη συσκευασια αλλα οχι σε δωρου που ειχαμε σημειωσει στην παραγγελια.. The order was made and the payment was made on Thursday for a mobile phone which was ready to be delivered on their site. I then contacted them for the payment information and that it is a child gift and they assured me that they will send it as soon as possible. send an email, they have not contacted me about their delay, I pass and they tell me that the warehouse is late and it will be sent within a day, but in vain. I pass them again the next day because I do not see any movement and they tell me the same ... we are still waiting I think that when we see in a store that a product is ready to be delivered and in fact it is not ..... it is a mistake! I will come back with a new comment when we receive the product for its condition and the way of packaging. They sent a sending email without stating the tracking number which I consider a significant omission. We received the product on Wednesday (6 days after the order) in a satisfactory package but not in a gift that we had noted in the order ..
G	George Koulias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλές τιμές και τα παιδιά είναι πολύ φιλότιμα. Είναι φανερό ότι κάνουν ότι περνά από το χέρι τους για να εξυπηρετήσουν. Για μένα είναι πολύ σημαντικό αυτό, να εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη το μαγαζί. Τότε ξέρεις πως ότι πρόβλημα κι αν υπάρξει (στην Ελλάδα ζούμε και όποιος κάνει πολλές ηλεκτρονικές αγορές ξέρει ότι πάντα κάτι μπορεί να πάει στραβά, χωρίς απαραίτητα να φταίει το κατάστημα...) θα κάνουν τα πάντα για να το λύσουν και δε θα σε κρεμάσουν... Very good prices and the children are very ambitious. It is obvious that they are doing everything in their power to serve. For me, this is very important, to inspire confidence in the store. Then you know that no matter what the problem is (we live in Greece and anyone who does a lot of online shopping knows that something can always go wrong, without necessarily blaming the store ...) they will do everything to solve it and will not hang you ...
Ν	ΝΙΚΟΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και είναι κάποιες φορές λίγο ανοργάνωτοι (δεν τους βρίσκεις άμεσα τηλεφωνικά, δεν ξέρει ο ένας τι έχει πει ο άλλος κλπ) τους βάζω πέντε στα πέντε (άμα είχε επιλογη δέκα με τονο θα τους το εβαζα αμεσως!) γιατί α) έχουν μακράν τις καλύτερες τιμές κινητών (με τεράστια διαφορά τιμής από τον δεύτερο) και β) έχουν το παλιό καλό (αλλά εξαφανισμένο πια δυστυχώς) ελληνικό φιλότιμο και άμα κάνουν κάποιο λάθος όχι μόνο το παραδέχονται από μόνοι τους αλλά σκίζονται και για να επανορθώσουν. Ξεχασαν να μου βάλουν μια θήκη που μου είχαν πει σαν δώρο αλά και πάλι τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Όποιος θέλει αυθεντικό κινητό στις καλύτερες τιμές (με τεαστια διαφορα τιμης απο αλλα καταστήματα) σίγουρα βρήκε το μαγαζί του! Although sometimes they are a bit disorganized (you do not find them immediately by phone, one does not know what the other has said etc) I put them five out of five (if he had a choice of ten with a tone I would put it on them immediately!) Because a) they have by far the best mobile prices (with a huge price difference from the second) and b) they have the good old (but unfortunately disappeared) Greek philotimos and if they make a mistake they not only admit it on their own but also tear it up to make amends . They forgot to put a case that they had told me as a gift but again I recommend them unreservedly. Anyone who wants an authentic mobile phone at the best prices (with huge price differences from other stores) has definitely found their store!

Οι φίλοι μου λέγανε "πάρε από αλλού τηλέφωνο να είσαι σίγουρος". Εμπιστέυθηκα το μαγαζί και επιβραβεύτηκα. Τήρησαν τον λόγο τους, έστειλαν τη συσκευή στον προβλεπόμενο χρόνο, σε προσεγμένη συσκευασία, διορθώνοντας μάλιστα τα μικροσφάλματα που προέκυψαν επί του Τιμολογίου. Μου έκανε εντύπωση η αμεσότητα και η ειλικρίνεια του ιδιοκτήτη, που είχε πάντα απαντήσεις στις ανησυχίες μου. Προσωπικά όταν σε 2 χρόνια θα ξανααλλάξω κινητό, θα κοιτάξω πρώτα σε perishop και μετά αλλού. Δεν ξέρω αν θα έχει τις ίδιες τιμές, αλλά αν συνεχίσει να φέρεται τίμια και σωστά στον πελάτη, θα έχει σίγουρα ακόμη πολύ περισσότερες 5στερες κριτικές. Μπράβο για την επιχείρησή σας κύριε Θάνο. At first I had doubts because it had the lowest market price on the iphone 13 pro max. My friends used to say "get a phone call from somewhere to be sure". I trusted the store and was rewarded. They kept their word, sent the device at the scheduled time, in careful packaging, even correcting the minor errors that occurred on the Invoice. I was impressed by the immediacy and honesty of the owner, who always had answers to my concerns. Personally, when in 2 years I will change my mobile phone again, I will look first at perishop and then elsewhere. Στον τομέα της ενημέρωσης αναφορικά με την εξέλιξη & την αποστολή της παραγγελίας χρήζει λίγης βελτίωση (δεν ενημερώθηκα ότι το δέμα έφυγε από το κατάστημα και δε μου δόθηκε αριθμός αποστολής courier, παρά μόνο ότι η παραγγελία μου επεξεργάστηκε κι επομένως ο courier μου χτύπησε το κουδούνι χωρίς να τον περιμένω). Τέλος το σημαντικότερο. Όταν εμφανίστηκε πρόβλημα με την παραγγελία, επικοινώνησα με τη διεύθυνση της επιχείρησης και η οποία προς τιμή της, το επέλυσε άμεσα και με τον καλύτερο τρόπο. Είμαι πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένος από τη συνεργασία μου με το εν λόγω κατάστημα και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Ease of placing the order, very competitive prices, careful packaging, delivery on time. In the field of information regarding the progress & shipping of the order needs a little improvement (I was not informed that the parcel left the store and I was not given a courier shipping number, except that my order was processed and therefore my courier rang the bell without to wait for him).
