★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε αυτά τα κτίρια πριν μεταφερθεί εδώ η ΣΜΥ στεγαζόταν το θρυλικό 5ο Σύνταγμα Πεζικού που κατά τον Δεύτερο Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο υπερασπίστηκε και νίκησε τους Ιταλούς στο Ύψωμα 731. Η πολεμική σημαία της σχολής φυλάσσετε εδώ και ήταν η πρώτη που παρέλασε στην απελευθέρωση της Θεσσαλονίκης!
Before being transferred here, the SMI housed the legendary 5th Infantry Regiment that during the Second World War defended and defeated the Italians at Hill 731. Keep the school flag of the school here and was the first to parade in the liberation of Thessaloniki!
