G	George M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο εβδομάδες προσπαθώ να πιάσω γραμμή γιά την επανέκδοση της πιστωτικής μου, που είχε πρόβλημα από την αρχή (την απέρριπτε συνεχώς το ΑΤΜ, και το εσωτερικό μηχάνημα πληρωμής easypay). Μία φορά το σήκωσαν το τηλ. και μου είπαν να ξαναπάρω σε 1 ώρα... Πέρασαν 5 μέρες και ακόμα δεν απαντάει κανείς! Δεν έχω να πω τίποτα παραπάνω από ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ Εξυπηρέτηση!! Σίγουρα τα εύσημα πρέπει να δοθούν στην κα Αλλαγιάννη η οποία ήταν εκτός από βοηθητική και παρά πολύ γρήγορη και ευγενική αλλά όσο διήρκησε και το τηλεφώνημα μας αλλά και η εξυπηρέτηση που είχα όταν επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα κατάλαβα πως όλοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι πολύ ευγενικοί! Η χαμηλή βαθμολογία ίσως έχει να κάνει με το ότι το κατάστημα εξυπηρετεί αρκετές περιοχές των νοτιοανατολικών προαστίων και έχει πολύ επισκεψιμότητα ! Εγώ πάντως έχω να πω πως ήταν η πιο σωστή και πιο καλή εξυπηρέτηση που είχα από Ιδιωτική και Δημόσια Υπηρεσία. Όταν θυμούνται να το σηκώσουν δεν μπορούσαν να μπουν στο σύστημα έπρεπε να καλέσω σε λίγα λεπτά, σε λίγα λεπτά δεν μπορούσαν μου έλεγαν να ξανακαλέσω πάλι σε λίγο. Είχα αφήσει το τηλέφωνο μου πόσες φορές και δεν έλαβα ποτέ απάντηση. I called them ten times to make an appointment. When they remember to pick it up they could not log in I had to call in a few minutes, in a few minutes they could not tell me to call again in a while. N	Nadia Em on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ αγενείς προσωπικό δεν είχαν καμία πρόθεση να με εξυπηρετήσουν περίμενα 15 λεπτά έξω στην σειρά αλλά μου είπαν τηλεφωνικά και άλλα από κοντά ... λυπάμαι πολύ που τέτοιο προσωπικό δουλεύει σε τέτοια μέρη με πολύ κόσμο !!!
