★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the starting point of 420 from early in the morning, till 19:00 - 20:00 or so. It starts from Piraeus Port Gate E1. It exits from Piraeus Port via E2. It's route then is Kondyli, Kalimasioti, Ethnikis Antistaseos, Athinon/Pireos, Kifisos sideroad, Siokou, Liosion, Dimokratias, Bibiza and Elefsinion Mystirion.
The other line starting from here is X96. The line that connects Piraeus with the Airport of Eleftherios Venizelos. It's an Express Line which means it doesn't stop to all the stops.
It exits also via Gate E2, then it heads to Kondyli, Kalimasioti, Miaouli, 2nd Merarchias, Grigoriou Lambraki, Tzavella and then to Ethnarchou Makariou till Neo Faliro station. It heads to Poseidonos till the end of it, and continues to Evelpidon (Varis - Koropiou) heading directly towards the Airport. Despite being an Express line, it covers a big part of the stops of Poseidonos. But I think it's only for embarking.
Like 420, after 19-20:00 the starting point isn't valid here, but on Karaiskaki square instead.
