★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόσφατα το 2019 η ηλικία του πλατάνου προσδιορίστηκε στα 800 χρόνια. Πρόκειται για το γηραιότερο φυσικό μνημείο της πολης. Κηρύχθηκε μνημείο της φύσης μαζί με άλλα 3 πλατάνια από το δημοτικό συμβούλιο τον Οκτώβριο του 2019. Τα άλλα τρία είναι στην Αποστόλου Παύλου, την Πλατεία Ναυαρίνου και στην Πλατεία Λευκού Πύργου.
 Recently in 2019 the age of the plane tree was determined at 800 years. It is the oldest natural monument in the city. It was declared a natural monument along with 3 other plane trees by the municipal council in October 2019. The other three are in Apostolou Pavlou, Navarinou Square and Lefkos Pyrgos Square.
