D	Dawn Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a new sofa from Polihome. Waited almost 7 weeks on it arriving. Delivery day appeared and the courier brought it into the apartment. After they left we unwrapped the sofa. The legs are quite heavy and had been packaged in the storage space in the sofa but not secured and as you can imagine sometime during transit it obviously got jostled to the result that the plywood base is all cracked. One of the legs is also tarnished. Contacted Polihome and despite being told at the time of the order that if there is any issue then not to worry they will resolve it quickly, we have been offered no acceptable solution other than to accept to cover the cracked wood with sticky tape or they can send someone to cover it over with another piece of wood! Not acceptable. If something is defective and you paid almost 1400€ for it then it should be resolved other than hidden. Needless to say I will pursue my consumer rights to have a refund and purchase a sofa from somewhere else. Would not recommend buying from these guys which is a shame as the sofa really is lovely.

M	Meisam Sabour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered many things in Polihome in Alimos, after one month they called me some of my ordered are not available and I have to replace with another model. I went there and I did it. 2 weeks later(after 45 days) they called me again and they told me my bed is not available too and I have to replace with another model I told them Ok what can I do now? what model is available? but nobody follow the problem I called them several time but they didn't do anything. customer service and support is meaningless in Polihome because nobody care about it. It is a terrible experience and I never buy anything from such an irresponsible company.

C	Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a bed 2 months ago we payed for assembly and for the bed completely. They told us the bed would be here 3 weeks ago. Now the store is closed and there is a sign for someone to buy the place. We called and they said that on their way to Athens from Thessaloniki the bed was hit and now they will send another one this week. How does it take you 3 weeks to send a new bed?

Bed came 10 days later then was promised and instead of 2 days waiting for assembly I waited 8 and i had to call a milion times extra for everything. And imagine my surprise when this came to my house. For 1200 euro i got a bed like from AliExpress Or Wish. I have called and send a pictures and i have been told that it is exactly the bed like on the picture! I have never been so disappointed like now. I do not recommend this place at all.
