Fint hotell i gott skick, vacker innegård. Personalen väldig vänlig o hjälpsam dit åker jag gärna ige. Ända anmärkning var att tvn fungerade sådär men vem behöver den under semestern? Sen var det flera i vårt sällskap som upplevde med dörrarna som var svår att låsa upp, öppna eller stänga.

The hotel is intimate, boutique, nicely arranged - I'm an architet, I pay special attention to it. The hotel has its own swimming pool, but due to the fact that it is next to the beach and the sunbeds with umbrellas are free for hotel guests, I recommend swimming in the sea. The service is fantastic and very friendly. Special thanks to Katherina and the entire restaurant team. The reception desk makes every effort to ensure that everyone is satisfied. In my opinion, there are a few points that should be known, but they do not affect the worse assessment: - you have to get to the hotel from another of this hotel chain - the transfer is to Porto Platanias Beach and then the internal transfer is to the Porto Platanias Luxury Selection hotel, if you do not know this you may be confused upon arrival - no lemon in the restaurant, especially if you want to drink lemon water or sprinkle on a salad - lack of seafood, not typical Greek dishes (not enough) - there is no breakfast or snacks at very early check-out, and there was a long road ahead of us (we had breakfast at the airport) - no cream / coffee milk and a small spoon in the room - no small magnifying mirror in the bathroom - no dress code enforcement ...this is a 5 * hotel, we witnessed that for dinner guests came in hotel slippers If it were, I would give you 6 * :) It is worth mentioning in particular: - cleanliness - helpful staff - peace and quiet in the hotel and around - hotel and surroundings aesthetics - location - no kitschy animations and loud music - very tasty coffee in the room You can really relax!hotel worth recommending!

One of the best hotel experiences I've had with the nicest staff there all day. Special thank you to Katerina and Nikos for always being so polite, sweet and welcoming. So many beautiful beaches to visit around Chania. Would go again.

Friendly personal but disaster management. We contacted the hotel one week before to upgrade our room to enjoy the time with our baby. On arrival the baby bed was broken. The bar in front of the room playing music outside till one in the morning, after that till 5 in the morning compressors and machines sounds coming straight from under the baby's room. Unreliable internet, needed to buy an own international data package even after have a warranty from them on the phone that all will work as expected. We got offered a spa voucher but as expected child's are not allowed. Nice place, friendly team but if something goes bad be ready to don't get any solution.

5 stars for a 5 stars hotel made and managed by people that let you to feel at home in every moment. We've been cuddled from the beginning until the end of our stay by all the amazing staff of Porto Platanias Beach Luxury Selection. The structure is new, minimal, luxury, very well kept and with daily maintenances. Our room was gorgeous, very large, quiet, clean and with a fantastic view of the swimming pool. I suggest you to enjoy breakfast and meals of this hotel because they're rich, fresh, varied and able to satisfy every taste. Amazing hotel, the place is newly renovated and very clean. Very picturesque and great location! Food was amazing, freshly made and different everyday. There’s literally a dish for everyone! Great staff Katrina, Nikos and Christos were always happy to help and super positive. I would highly recommend.
