★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait for more than 5 minutes before my call was answered. The woman almost didn’t understand my English and finally we got our “fantastic” and “luxurious” cab. A 15 years old C-Class which was looking abandoned and poorly maintained. The driver was smoking when he arrived and threw the cigarette out of the window when we boarded the vehicle. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst taxi experience I ever had in my life! The driver was super racist towards me just because I took a ride from the East side of the city to the West. He asked me if I had a valid passport to travel there, then he asked me if I removed my shoes before entering the car. When I asked why I had to remove my shoes he said that his car was clean. Like every person that lives or visits the western suburbs is dirty. ? He also didn’t have a GPS so he kept asking me for directions, saying proudly that he doesn’t come frequently to this side of the city. Which I also find unacceptable for a professional driver. All in all completely unprofessional experience
