Thanks for nice vacation. The staff is friendly and positive. Still smiling and it makes a good mood. Our rooms were clean and the food was very tasty. If somebody wants to look for the problems during the vacation he can find it. But we had nice vacation without any serious problems and enjoyed it... Thank you again...

Holiday nightmare, all inclusive its not!! The pool bar if you can call it that only has options of beer and limited supply of wine and soft drinks. Its unmanned so left waiting when you did want a drink as the staff member has to serve in dining area again throughout the day, The food is disgusting, the same food everyday, who has salad for breakfast?? the pool is not cleaned as its full of bee,s flies grass hoppers etc.. The broken lights around hotel was taped to the tree,s.. The children's area is gravel and unsafe for children to play. The showers where cold and the electric kept tripping and the bathroom window doesn't close.. I don't recommend this hotel at all..

Reading some reviews I was little bit affraid, but in the end of Sept 2020 it was very nice one week stay with all inclusive. Superior rooms are very nice and new, aircon included in price, some with seaview ane nice pool open 9-21. 4 beaches in walking distance, 2 max 250m, biggest one with even natural shade from big tree. All inclusive is not such as you can have in 4* hotel in Egypt or so, but for 3* hotel if you have such buffet braekfast (cappucino or espresso is from machine means quite good), buffet lunch or dinner, you got more than usual 3*standard. And even they try not to serve every day the same. Chicken, beef, pork, fish, salad, water melon, grapes, apples, very nice cakes including brownies:)... only not good are alkoholic drinks, just beer is ok, but red wine taste is like fruite wine, white one is not good also (I am from wine county) and hard drinks are just local. At least wine could be upgraded... I can reccommend renting car in reception too, we have got much better price than in car rentals in the street for Fiat Punto, VW Polo kind car. I reccomend to check prices in the street rentals and then return for booking to the hotel.

Good for an unforgettable vacation!! Friendly staff, good food, i like this. The hotel is close to the beach and the rooms are clean. Have a children's playground and free wifi. The place is wonderful and the soothing atmosphere. The views of the balcony are exceptional at sunset. Every Saturday, fresh meat is served on the grill. The hotel's courtyard is neat. The pool is cleaned every evening at 23 o'clock.There is a children's playground and a swimming pool for them. Recommend the place for a wonderful and peaceful vacation.

We stayed outside the hotel for 2 days because they couldn't find a room for us. hotel service unfriendly to guests. sad tired faces. very hard to communicate in English. poor selection of alcohols and monotonous food. pool bar closed. i do not recommend this hotel

Fair 3 star hotel with all-inclusive option. Pros: centrally located between two nice beaches, easy parking; newly renovated rooms with Wi-Fi (we had Standard room); very tasty and fresh food, the variety of courses has definitely exceeded my 3-star expectations; well-motivated staff really try to serve guests at their best; rooms and all around are very clean. Cons: soundproof of rooms is pretty average, we could hear guests from other rooms; new flat screen TV is in the room, but TV signal is terrible.

What a nice hotel. Really great new rooms, spacious and very clean, and lovely bathroom. The pool is nice but I feel it needs a bit more space for loungers. Our 1st lunch was so so, not many options, but that's OK. I like the way that the rooms are spread into different blocks so its much quieter. Once you've checked in, your really on your own to work out how the routine of the hotel works. I presume it has got to do with covid and not so many employees. Great little spot Bali with good beaches and some nice shops and bars. Not far from 2 main cities.

We are just coming back from vacation. I really enjoyed everything. Don’t believe bad reviews. The hotel is in a fabulously beautiful and convenient location, where everything is close, but we enjoyed the peace, natural beauty and hospitality. All rooms face the sea with wonderful views. Rooms are spacious, bright, after renovation, with spacious balconies. We lived in a building in Mykonos, a bit on a hill, so we enjoyed the sunrise from the sea and the mountains. The food is delicious, the assortment is varied, everything is included, the service is pleasant. The area is very beautiful with lots of flowering trees. I would always like to go back to Bali and to the Lisa Mary Hotel. Thanks for a nice vacation!
