★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "We will keep your name on a waiting list for possible cancellations" they told us on the phone.
"Yes sir, your name is on the waiting list for that date, I just confirmed it" another lady told us when we called later on, just to be sure.
"Sir, we don't keep waiting lists, we never did", a rude lady told us when we arrived at the agency.
"But your colleagues told us..." we tried to say.
"I don't know what my colleagues told you, we don't keep waiting lists".
One of the worst customer care experiences in my whole life. *Avoid it*.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a strike in Greece which was stranding most major transportation channels. I called Sea and Sky and they gave me accurate information about my trip next day. (My ferry was canceled but I was rebooked on the next one leaving 2 hours later). I wasn't sure whether this was accurate, so I showed up at the original time just in case and found that in fact I had been rebooked on the later vessel. The only thing they didn't tell me was that the later vessel would take 2 hours longer to make the journey because it made more stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. The lady was very mean to the customers. She checked in and printed two tickets for us. We asked for the seats that next to each other (SEA JET) but she didn’t care and said we can sit anywhere we want. The seat number was there for a reason. We ended up sitting far apart.

Walked in and Maria was helpful, efficient, fast and spoke excellent English. She helped me get it all sorted out at no charge in under 5 minutes. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff! Needed a reservation for the fast ferry changed, they were on top of it, and apologized profusely for the 2€ fee which I thought was funny, and kind. Would definitely recommend!
