L	Loukas Mitropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εξυπηρετεί τίποτα και σε τίποτα,ένα κομμάτι της ιστορίας ,όπως κάποιοι λένε που γιά πολλούς η λίγους αναφέρεται σε άσκημα μνήμες ΔΕΝ θα έπρεπε να έχει θέση στην καθημερινότητα μας.Ισως να έπρεπε να αντικατασταθεί με ένα χώρο ενός πολύ- γραφείου πληροφοριών ,έκδοσης διαφόρων εισητηρίων,άμμεσης πληροφόρησης διαθεσιμότητας ξενοδ. κλινών και τιμών, υπηρεσιών ,ακόμα και γιά τις ιαματικές πηγές και τόσα άλλα χρήσιμα γιά τον επισκέπτη και όχι μόνον ?????.....Όχι δεν μου άρεσε..το θεωρώ ήδη ξεπερασμένο. .. Ως γνωστόν, το πραγματικό του όνομα ήταν Αθανάσιος Κλάρας και είχε γεννηθεί το 1905 στη Λαμία. Αποτελεί σύμβολο, όχι μόνο των επώνυμων και ανώνυμων αγωνιστών της Αντίστασης εναντίον των Γερμανών, αλλά και της απελευθέρωσης της πόλης από τη Γερμανική κατοχή, με το λόγο που ο Βελουχιώτης εκφώνησε στην πόλη στις 29 Οκτωβρίου του 1944.
