Παττακός και οι συνεργάτες του κάλυψαν με το παραπάνω όλες τις απαιτήσεις και τις ανάγκες παραμετροποίησης και αναβάθμισης του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου (όταν ακόμα και ο εισαγωγέας του προϊόντος μετα από μήνες προσπαθειών δεν τα είχε καταφέρει και η εύρεση κατάλληλων τεχνιτών-ειδικών δικτύων για το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν δεν ήταν καθόλου εύκολη υπόθεση). Η προσφορά του κ. Παττακού δεν περιορίστηκε εκεί αλλά οργάνωσε το τηλεπικοινωνιακό μας σύστημα/δίκτυο εν γένει εξοικονομώντας μας τελικά ακόμα περισσότερα τόσο στην χρήση οσο και στις συμβάσεις με τους παρόχους. Μεθοδικός, φερέγγυος και συνεπής. Τον προτείνω ανεπιφυλάκτως
