Lovely place, house is clean, swimming pool is excellent.

Beautiful accomodation and great location for a very short stroll to the harbour where you will find wonderful food.

My wife and I and my father-in-law made two visits to this lovely Inn during the same trip. The first stay was strictly based on comparison of other properties and this one was superior by far. But, what made it special was its owner--Angelique. Angelique was always willing to provide holiday advice, directions , take care of special requests, or just share in a friendly chat. The bungalows are immaculate. They are literally a minute walk away from the water and the beach restaurants, and a five minute drive from several other towns and beaches. For those of you unfamiliar with the area, you are in the Mani region--olive country, lots of beaches and beachside restaurants and tons of history--think the original olympic stadium, a town where Zorba the Greek was penned and right next door, the town that Achillies was awarded for fighting in Troy. Anyway, we took off to Athens , but finding we were ahead of schedule , we phoned Angelique and made arrangements to dash back for a few more days. Whether you are single, a couple , or have a few youngsters in tow, you will find the property will work for you. The pool is wonderful, the service is excellent and the bungalows offer all of the amenities you will need whether you are eating out or cooking in. We will definitely be staying with Angelique on our next visits and hopefully we will see you there on one of our visits. cheers Ellie and Tony

We love this accommodation! It is in a quiet area close to the centre of Aghios Nikoloas and has everything you need for self-catering. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful.

Really, really great place to relax and enjoy this beautiful, green region of Greece which most tourists never lay their eyes upon. Surrounded by mountains on one side and facing a picturesque fishing village on the other, I'm so happy my wife and I made it here where the Inn's Manager, Angelique, really made us feel like family. Huge well appointed rooms were top notch and quite private. We loved sitting out by the pool watching dragonflies buzz around while house martins (little birds) dive bombed the pool water. Too bad we only had three days here! Make sure to try the butterflied anchovies at one of the seaside restaurants-- they're to die for!

This was our second visit with this year during the month of September. Angelique greeted us warmly and made sure we were acquainted with our rooms. The accommodations were charming with all the comforts of home plus a lovely brick front porch perfect for sipping our morning coffee or our later evening wine. Our goal was to “just chill” and get away from our”hectic lives”. We lounged by the pool or walked to the beautiful seaside village which remains authentic and untouched by modern commercialization . The local cafes and Tavernas were top notch , serving flavorful local favorites. We had the best grilled calamari and Greek salad everyday. Oh, and don’t bother bringing a book as Angelique has acquired quite a selection left behind from previous guests. There are many wonderful sites to experience within an hour of Stephano Inn and Angelique can recommend transportation to any of them , but again, we wanted to enjoy the immediate surroundings and just relax. There are 2 snorkeling areas within a 5 minute walk — one called Gnospi where one jumps from a rocky platform into clear water, and another down on the edge of the village by the Lighthouse. Angelique also invited all her guests to her “Name Day” celebration BarBQ by the pool area- a lovely evening . I found it interesting that every guest there was a “repeat” ..... a title I think we will continue to have as well. Just as an aside, Angelique not only keeps the Inn running smoothly, but she also cares for her ailing parents who live in the village- both in their 90’s. She makes 2 visits a day to them to be sure they are on track with their medications— a very caring individual indeed.

Stephannou Apartments - fantastic place to stay! Where can I start? Our studio was cozy, specious and fully equipped with everything you would need for self catering. The mountain views from our balcony were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere, the next best part was the hospitality! The depth of kindness from Angelique made the whole stay extraordinary!

We had a very nice holiday in this beautiful apartment in the center of a picturesque village. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool(s) are great, our 3 kids loved it here!
