Μ	Μαρια Υφαντη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το μαγαζί τη Παρασκευή 10/1/20 ( 12:45μμ ). Στο ταμείο η αντιμετώπιση της κοπέλας ήταν απαράδεκτη. Χωρίς να της δώσω κανένα δικαίωμα ήταν απότομη, αγενέστατη και ειρωνική σε κάθε της φράση.. I visited the shop on Friday 10/1/20 (12:45 pm). At the checkout the girl's treatment was unacceptable. Without giving her any rights she was sharp, rude and ironic in every phrase.
Σ	Σταυρούλα Χάνου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το site αναφέρει πως είναι δυνατή η παραλαβή απο το κατάστημα ενω δεν είναι. Με αποτέλεσμα να εχω πληρώσει και να μην ξέρω ποτε θα παραλάβω! Καμία προσπάθεια απο τα κεντρικά για το ζήτημα μου!! The site states that it is possible to pick up from the store while it is not. As a result I have paid and do not know when I will receive! No effort from the centrals for my issue !!
Ε	Εύη Κρεμμύδα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγχαρητήρια σε όλο το προσωπικό, όποτε έχω επισκεφτεί το κατάστημα(αρκετά συχνά δλδ μιας και είναι το αγαπημένο μου του ομίλου χαχα ) έχω μείνει απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη!! Πάντα χαμογελαστοί όλοι (ακόμα κι όταν χρειάστηκε να είμαι εκεί 10:00 ακριβώς το πρωί που ανοίγει, με υποδέχτηκαν με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια) , πρόθυμοι, εξυπηρετικοί, να σου φέρουν ρούχα από την αποθήκη αν δεν υπάρχουν στο κατάστημα.. συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα σας! Σαφώς βοηθάει και η διαρρύθμιση του χώρου καθώς δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλος, οπότε βρίσκεις εύκολα αυτά που θες χωρίς να χάνεσαι! Παιδιά μπράβο!Ως προς την ποιότητα των προϊόντων σαφώς ξέρεις ότι στα περισσότερα δεν είναι η ανώτερη που υπάρχει , αλλά οι τιμές είναι τόσο δελεαστικές που σε κάνουν να το αψηφάς σε πολλά ρούχα κλπ Congratulations to all the staff whenever I visited the shop (quite often as it is my favorite of the group haha) I was completely satisfied !! Always smiling (even when I needed to be there just before 10:00 in the morning, they greeted me with a smile and courtesy), willing, helpful, to bring you clothes from the warehouse if not in store .. congratulations all over your team! The layout of the space also helps as it is not very big, so you can easily find what you want without losing it! Well done guys, you know for sure the quality is not the highest in most, but the prices are so tempting that they make you ignore it in many clothes etc
σ	σοφια πολυκρετη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτριες τιμές για όλες τις τσέπες..ωραίο περιβάλλον...υπάλληλοι πουθενά τι έγινε τους εξαφάνισαν οι πολυεθνικές για να αυξήσουν τα κέρδη τους;; Στην Σουηδία τα αντίστοιχα μαγαζιά της γνωστής εταιρίας είναι γεμάτο υπαλλήλους για να εξυπηρετούν..στην Ελλάδα τους καλομαθαινουν μόνο.. και με μισθούς πείνας .. Moderate prices for all the pockets..nice environment ... employees nowhere what happened to the multinationals to increase their profits ?? In Sweden, the respective stores of the well-known company are full of employees to serve..in Greece they are only well educated .. and with starvation salaries ..

c	constandina koutsotheodoros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not be going back to the specific Strativarius at Golden Hall. The customer service was extremely rude. Customers were lining up to get in ( with appointments) but they girls were not letting anyone in. Telling us that our appointment were not yet ( yes I was there 20 min earlier) we were stuck waiting outside the store all together with other customers and the store only had 2 customers inside for a continuous 30 min. The point of restriction is to control the amount of people gathering in one place. The girls were only interested in keeping the “rules” in place and not taking in to consideration the health regulations, they made people gather out side and wait. When they were approached by all of us waiting, telling them it didn’t make sense they replied with a very aggressive attitude. I understand theses times are very stressful but understanding is not a one side situation. With politeness and understanding each other we can overcome this and get back to some kind of normal. My review is only for Strativarius to improve their customer service and not to name the shame.
