The apartment house looked nice outside but it was one big disaster. The first feelings of our room were negative. The small room and the old furniture, but we took it out of reserve and didn't give it much weight. But what happened the 4 day stay ruined our entire vacation. SWABS came to visit us !! When we said it the next morning and showed the owner he wasn't surprised at all. On the contrary, he knew very well where the cockroaches occur. He told us this afternoon with a special spray. Throughout the day I had to ask him again to come out to shake the room at 6 pm! I only went to our room to sleep. As for the cleaning rods, it was also no chart, the owner's wife and the cleaning lady were also wiping out the style that she had taken one floor with the room with water and dirt the ground into the corner. So the owner's family was not willing to do so. You can not bring your own water to the pool which is part of the apartment, but you must buy it at the bar even though you live in an apartment where you cook and logically buy water. When you come back from outside and drink your drink closed (in our case it was a beer we brought home with a gift) you put it down to your things and go swimming in the pool right away you will experience something. The owner starts yelling at you as if you were his children and you can't explain to him that drinking by the pool isn't going to be a gift. So it throws you away from the pool so that you have to put it in the room :) quite sad when you give about 15 thousand for a vacation and someone yells at you and still live between dirt and cockroaches. For us, the worst holiday we've ever experienced. So be careful with your choice.

My girlfriend and I decided to go on vacation. We found this apartment. Everything was nice in the photos and as it was in the photos, it was no longer so in reality. From outside good then we came to the room and the first impression not much .. tiny, uncomfortable and old. We said to ourselves that we would only come here to sleep, so that we would not solve it in any way. Everything was relatively fine before the Cockroach came to visit us. After a sleepless night, we went to tell the owners with whom there is no talk at all. We "begged" all day to start doing something with it until finally at six in the evening. We didn't understand it. Then we didn't really stay there more than necessary. The cleanliness of the room also not much. When I saw the lady mopping the floor, a chill ran down my back .. You are lying in a room and suddenly the door opens and a lady runs in with a mop who she can't handle :) You can't even bring water to the pool. You have to buy it at the bar and if you happen to bring a drink, you will only get to know the real self of the owner. The only thing we liked here was the pool, which is why they got one star. Still to be cleaned - a layer of dust on the TV and also on the cabinets ... the sheet was not replaced until after the eighth day, when we had to talk about it. Especially since the ashtray was still clean. This is to see what the priorities of the owner and the cleaning lady are at the same time .. you can probably make your own view of this apartment. Really awful for that price. Never more!!!

The hotel is ideal for a short stay in Malia. The room, including bathroom and kitchen, offered enough space for two people and even had a balcony from which we could see the sea. In the associated bar we could relax with a good, cheap cocktail in the evening. The staff was friendly through and through. The only negative point was the rather uncomfortable, hard bed. Nevertheless, thank you for the stay :)

The place is beautiful and renovated. But beware, in the extra charges, the air conditioning extra and the cot are charged. Also, there is no TV in the rooms and the internet hardly catches in the room at all. The charges are listed in the booking, I did not imagine that in 2021 the air conditioning will be charged extra. As I was told at the reception, it is not my problem, if you did not look for it ... I chose the room with 32 €, when I confirmed the reservation it said 38 €. Also, the room had too many ants, I do not know if it was to blame that it was ground floor and had a garden. As the gentleman at the reception told me, with 40 euros you wanted to take a vacation?
