l	liagoutas liagoutas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τρία ταμεία και μεσημέρι ώρα αιχμής μόνο ένας υπάλληλος παρών(μάσκα στο πηγούνι).... Ασχολείται μισή ώρα τουλάχιστον για να εξυπηρετήσει ένα άτομο. Είμασταν πάνω από δέκα άτομα εντός και η ουρά έφτανε έξω από το κατάστημα. Έφυγα και επέστρεψα μετά από μιάμιση ώρα, βλέποντας ότι ο μπροστινός μου ακόμα δεν είχε φτάσει στο ταμείο!!! Δυστυχώς τα ταχυδρομεία είναι για κλείσιμο/αναδιάρθρωση/εθελοντική έξοδο υπαλλήλων. Δεν λειτουργεί η φωτεινή ένδειξη για τον αριθμό προτεραιότητας. Σχόλια και συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Three cashiers and noon rush hour only one employee present (chin mask) .... He works for at least half an hour to serve one person. There were more than ten of us inside and the queue was coming out of the store. I left and returned after an hour and a half, seeing that my front one had not yet reached the box office !!! Unfortunately the post office is for closing / restructuring / voluntary departure of employees. The priority number light does not work. Comments and conclusions yours.
Ρ	Ρομαν Πολιτιδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα Ενώ δεν υπάρχει κάποιος στο ταμείο που να εξυπηρετούν. Και το λέω αυτό γιατί ήμουν έξω από το ταχυδρομείο και το έκανα, γιατί επί 1 εβδομάδα έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο και δεν μου το σήκωνε κανένας. Και όταν τους το είπα Η απάντηση ήταν " δεν είχαμε καμία κλίση " ενώ ήμουνα απέξω και τους έπαιρνα. Και δεύτερον για δικαιολογία απάντηση " θα αφήσουμε τους πελάτες και θα μιλάμε στο τηλέφωνο " Λυπάμαι πολύ αλλά αν δεν γίνουν ποιό υπεύθυνη, θα είναι κρίμα να χάσουν την δουλειά τους. Unacceptable service. They do not pick up the phones While there is no one at the checkout to serve. Τώρα το γραφείο ΕΛΤΑ COURIER επαναλειτουργεί υπό νέα διεύθυνση. Η εξυπηρέτηση άριστη και το προσωπικό πολύ καλό. Συνεχίστε έτσι παρακαλώ! ΣΑΑ ΑΞΙΖΟΥΝ ΤΑ 5 ΑΣΤΕΡΙΑ!!!! When they closed the Elta courier of Ierapetra and transferred the services to the ELTA building, I rated the performance with a star. Now the ELTA COURIER office is reopening under a new management. The service is excellent and the staff very good. Keep it up please! SAA THE 5 STARS ARE WORTH IT !!!!

Ακόμα και για απλές παραλαβές χρειάζονται 10 λεπτά για να εξυπηρετηθεί ένα άτομο, αν είναι δυνατόν. Shame, lost parcels, bad schedule, and if you find time to go there is a huge wait. Even for simple receipts it takes 10 minutes to serve a person, if possible.

Ντροπή και μόνο ντροπή σε όλους τους ιθύνοντες!!...,για ποια courier συζητάμε του 1800 με το μουλάρι να αργοπεθαίνει???? Ότι δεν μπορείς να ελέγξεις για τον οποιαδήποτε λόγο το σταματάς!! Close it at least not to exist !!!! Shame and only shame to all those in charge !! ..., which courier are we talking about in 1800 with the mule dying late ???? Εχθρικό προσκοπικό, κανένα ενδιαφέρον για εξυπηρέτηση, μεγάλος χρόνος αναμονής, βρίσκουμε παραδοτέες επιστολές στο δρόμο, αν φτάσουν καθόλου. Μην στέλνετε σημαντικά πράγματα στο τοπικό ταχυδρομείο! Null Sterne ... Schlechteste Post, die es gibt. Unfreundliches Personal, kein Interesse an Service, ewige Wartezeiten, chaotische Zustände in der Lagerung, zugestellte Post findet sich auf der Straße, wenn es überhaupt ankommt! Wichtige Dinge besser NICHT mit hiesiger Post zusenden lassen. Not a star at all ... The worst post ever!
