★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife delivered a son in week trough cesarean surgery. Being from Sweden this was of course , at first very stressful and a lot of agony involved. But soon we were very well taken care of. The surgery went well and our son got the best treatment from the start. Unfortunately he had to leave us almost immediately for another hospital for intensive care due to respiratory difficulties. Nevertheless we got the best care we could wish for and we were happy that Kapakis made the surgery. In writing moment we haven´t been seeing him for 24 hours but we have been informed from the doctors at the hospital in Heraklion and from SOS international that he is in good condition and fully recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave birth in that clinic and the nurses upstairs were very rude and arrogant and made me cry after I gave birth. The dinner lady threw my 1st dinner to have after 3 days of my c-section, on the tray as if I was a dog, 2011 this happened. Till now though the ladies in reception have an unwelcome behaviour. No smiles , like they are angry to help you with any questions.
The ultrasound equipment is very old and poor like.they have never upgraded it since 2011.
I think they are overpriced for their services and they never give out receipts until you ask... I would not recommend that clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave birth to my son here, via c-section. I have nothing good to say about the place. Staff is very rude and cold. No respect for privacy. Wasn’t properly numbed before the surgery and was ignored even though I cried during the hole procedure. Not to mention very outdated treatments and breastfeeding advice. I truly regret choosing this clinic and recommend everyone to go somewhere else
