★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is nothing special but just outside you get to walk by many street vendors selling everything from hand made copper foil jewellery and leather bracelets to icecream, iced coffee, and city tours. And if you are lucky you can get a henna tattoo from Alex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an old train station of Athens which have connection with the newer and more modern lines of metro (Monastiraki station). Easy access to the lively and historical area of Thisio. The area has many bars, cafe and restaurants, as well as archeological sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best stations of the whole Athens Public Transit network. Likewise Monastiraki, it's a great place gathering tourists, or locals who are coming and going in the nearby cafés and bars, found at Apostolou Pavlou sidewalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station is not that interesting both in terms of architecture and in terms of experience. Whereas Monistiraki is the heart of Athens, this is like that part of your forearm just between your wrist and elbow that you never look at but it's there and its like, yeah, whatever.
Just a quick way to get to the Acropolis and avoid the city center.
