Η συζυγος μου επικοινωνούσε καθημερινά για την αποστολή του δέματος της επι 17 ημέρες και οι κύριοι την διαβεβαίωναν κάθε μέρα ότι θα παραλάβει το δέμα της. Φυσικά δεν επικοινωνούσαν αυτοί να μάθουν τι έγινε μετά από τόση καθυστέρηση. Αντιεπαγγελματίες! Επίσης τους ζητούσε το tracking number και ποτέ δεν τις το έστελναν. Τους ενημέρωσα πως αν δεν επιστραφούν τα χρήματα στην σύζυγο μου σήμερα θα κινηθώ νομικά εναντίον τους. Unacceptable behavior. My wife communicated daily for the shipment of her parcel for 17 days and the gentlemen assured her every day that she would receive her parcel. Τα προϊόντα ήρθαν όπως τα είχα παραγγείλει και η τιμή ήταν με διαφορά η πλέον συμφέρουσα! Although I don't trust the internet for shopping, my experience with Silk has been great. The products came as I had ordered them and the price was by far the most affordable!

Πλήρωσα με κατάθεση, αλλά τα προϊόντα δεν ήταν όλα διαθέσιμα, οπότε ακύρωσα πριν την αποστολή και ζήτησα τα λεφτά μου πίσω. Μου έλεγαν διάφορα ψέματα και μου ζητούσαν και τον λόγο για την ακύρωση. Ευτυχώς μου τα επέστρεψαν μετά από 10 μέρες, αλλά φοβήθηκα ότι θα τα έχανα και δε λέει να περνάμε τέτοια άγχη... Warning, only with cashback from this store! And if the order comes, well ... I paid by deposit, but the products were not all available, so I canceled before shipment and asked for my money back. They were telling me lies and asking me for the reason for my cancellation. Luckily they came back after 10 days, but I was afraid I would lose them and say no to such stress ...
p	politics 101 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παίρνω τηλέφωνο και ζητάω να μάθω αν υπάρχει ένα προιόν. Μου λένε οτι θα με πάρουν πίσω σε 5 λεπτά. Περνάει μία ώρα και ξανατηλεφωνώ. Μου λένε να ξαναπάρω σε 3 λεπτά. Παίρνω 2 φορές και δεν το σηκώνουν... I call and ask if there is a product. They tell me they will take me back in 5 minutes. An hour passes and I call again. Υπήρξε πολύ καλή τηλεφωνική συνεννόηση για την επιστροφή των χρημάτων που ολοκληρώθηκε σε μια εβδομάδα. Πριν προχωρήσετε σε παραγγελία κάντε ένα τηλέφωνο να επιβεβαιώσετε οτι υπάρχει το προϊον που σας ενδιαφέρει γιατί προφανώς υπάρχει μεγάλη ποικιλία και δεν ενημερώνεται άμεσα το site όταν κάτι έχει εξαντληθεί. I placed an order and paid via paypal, a little while later I was notified by email that the product does not exist and the order was canceled. There was a very good phone call for a refund that was completed in a week. Before placing an order, make a phone call to confirm that there is the product you are interested in because obviously there is a great variety and the site is not immediately updated when something is out of stock.

Ακύρωσα την παραγγελία αλλά χρήματα δεν πήρα ποτέ πίσω. Στο τηλέφωνο με κορόιδευαν με διάφορες δικαιολογίες. Γράφω τώρα αξιολόγηση γιατί έχουν θράσος και στέλνουν e-mail με προσφορές και μου θύμισαντην αναξιοπιστία τους !!!! Με την απάντηση σας δε διορθώνετε την εικόνα σας στις αξιολογήσεις. Σας είχα τηλεφωνήσει όταν έπρεπε, αλλά δεν ενεργησατε σωστά! The products I ordered 2 years ago and unfortunately paid by bank deposit informed me by phone that they are not available. I canceled the order but I never got any money back. I was mocked on the phone with various excuses. I am writing an evaluation now because they have the audacity to send e-mails with offers and they reminded me of their unreliability !!!! Your answer does not correct your image in the ratings. Γ	Γεωργία Καρατζά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι μακράν το πιο ανοργάνωτο κατάστημα και σκοπός της αξιολόγησής μου είναι να μην προχωρήσει κάποιος σε πληρωμή προϊόντος και γενικά σε παραγγελία. Παρήγγειλα ριχτάρια στις 14/12. Πλήρωσα με κάρτα. Με πήραν άμεσα τηλέφωνο για να μου πουν πως είναι διαθέσιμα αυτά που παρήγγειλα και πως θα σταλούν στις 18/12 και θα με ενημερώσουν όταν φύγουν από εκεί. Δεν είχα ενημέρωση στις 18/12, οπότε και τους κάλεσα να τους ρωτήσω τι έγινε. Μου είπαν ότι δεν τα έστειλαν και πως θα τα στείλουν στις 21/12. Τους κάλεσα στις 21/12, μου διαβεβαίωσαν πως τα έστειλαν εκείνη την ημέρα, αλλά δεν μου έδιναν tracking number. Μου έλεγαν πως θα με καλέσουν σε μισή ώρα για να μου το δώσουν, ποτέ όμως δεν με πήραν. Μου διαβεβαίωσαν όμως ότι το πακέτο έφυγε από αυτούς. Τους ενοχλούσα εγώ εκείνη την μέρα στο τηλέφωνο και μου έλεγαν παλι πως σε λίγο θα μου έστελναν στο mail μου το tracking number. Δεν μου το έδωσαν ποτέ. Σήμερα αφού τους πήρα 4 τηλέφωνα και μου απαντούσε μια κοπέλα που έχουν στο μαγαζί, η οποία δεν γνώριζε τίποτα, με πήρε ένας κύριος και μου είπε πως δεν έχει σταλεί κανένα πακέτο σε μένα, γιατί δεν είναι διαθέσιμα τα ριχτάρια που παρήγγειλα, που πλήρωσα κ που με διαβεβαίωναν στο τηλέφωνο ότι τα έστειλαν στις 21/12! Τους έστειλα το iban και αναμένω τα χρήματα μου πίσω σήμερα. It is by far the most disorganized store and the purpose of my evaluation is not to pay for a product and to place an order in general. Ιδιαίτερα στα παιδικά έπιπλα και την προίκα μωρού οι τιμές είναι πολύ συμφέρουσες και αξίζει να επισκεφτεί κανείς την ιστοσελίδα του καταστήματος για ενημέρωση. Η εξυπηρέτηση πολύ καλή ιδιαίτερα στο after sale. Very good store with a wide variety of items and very good value for money.
