★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service the person who set and give as the ticket was rude,he was ask about PCR test but he told us (rebet test) so we ask him what this test because we now that’s named( PCR test) so he start shouting in our face why? We just ask him to explain it to us!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We missed our morning ferry and despite the fact that we had already booked our tickets online with a different agency, TRAVELSPOT guys helped us change our tickets with the next departure. In our surprize, when we arrived at our hotel to check in they informed us that travelspot had already made a contact to inform them!

It’s the second time (out of 2) they do that to me and as an islander who travels a lot, I’ve never experienced that!
