★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 8/7/21 στις 22, 30 ενώ απουσιάζαμε από το σπίτι μας, κτύπησε το τηλέφωνο μου και με ειδοποίησαν από την εταιρεία Τσεκουρας ότι κτυπάει ο συναγερμό από συγκεκριμένη ζώνη.
Μετά από λίγα λεπτά ξανά ο ίδιος ευγενικός υπάλληλος με ενημέρωσε ότι και άλλες ζώνες δίνουν σήμα οπότε κάτι πρέπει να συμβαίνει.
Ειδοποίησαν με την συγκατάθεση μου την Αστυνομία και παράλληλα ξεκίνησε και δικό τους αυτοκίνητο με έναν υπάλληλο της Τσεκουρας.
Μετά από λίγο συναντηθήκαμε, αστυνομία, εταιρεία σεκιούριτι κι εμείς
έξω από το σπίτι μας όπου διαπιστώθηκε η διάρρηξη.
Θα ήθελα να συγχαρώ την εταιρεία για την άψογη συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων και να τους ευχαριστήσω.
Το αποκορύφωμα της εξυπηρέτησης ήταν το τελευταίο τηλεφώνημα όπου μας ενημέρωσαν ότι ο κ. Τσεκουρας θα έστελνε περιπολία όλο το βράδυ.
Και πάλι ευχαριστούμε πολύ
On 8/7/21 at 22:30, while we were away from our house, my phone rang and I was notified by the Tsekouras company that the alarm was ringing from a specific zone.
After a few minutes again the same polite employee informed me that other zones are signaling so something must be happening.
With my consent, they notified the Police and at the same time their own car started with an employee of Tsekoura.
After a while we met, police, security company and us
outside our house where the burglary was detected.
I would like to congratulate the company for the impeccable behavior of the employees and thank them.
The highlight of the service was the last phone call where we were informed that Mr. Tsekouras would be on patrol all night.
