★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel 1st time in crete didnt disappoint .nice & clean really friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you.only poor thing about hotel booked through tui we were all inclusive but still had to pay for some items on the various menus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The total experience at Elounda Village (TUI Blue Resort) is okay The only let down for us was the transfer from the airport we had to drop of several times before finally getting to our hotel 0400 in the morning this was a bit tiring. So it was a bit windy this time of year (not their fault) the rooms are good showing very slight signs of age but not bad over all. The sea front area is okay but could do with a cubical or screen around the shower as residual spray lands on near by beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't get much better than Tui Blue Elounda Village, the staff are amazing, food is perfect and a huge variety at all the bars throughout the complex. Will definitely book here again next year!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This site is amazing. Unfortunately the extras such a sunbed charges are ridiculous and the bars an absolute disgrace. I was charged the equivalent of £20.00 for a single Glenlivite whiskey when you can buy a bottle for £35 in the UK this surmounts to day light Robbery. £85 For a massage, really. Tui and it's partners need a rethink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff made my holiday. Travelled over for my grandsons wedding. The planning was excellent and ran soooo smoothly I couldn’t fault the service. It was sooooo magical on the day, and the help of all staff was first class all through the holiday.
Buffet area was a joy loads of choice, through out the day.
