The staff is very kind, offering any kind of information about local attractions, shops and taverns that are not mentioned in the tourist guides. Breakfast is not a "Swedish buffet" but is varied, served on the terrace in front of the hotel, shaded by a vineyard. The cleanliness is impeccable. The location is very convenient: near the beach (3 min by walk) and the castle entrance (3 min by walk) . Ulysses hotel is a good choice if you like the peace :)

We had made a non-refundable reservation at this authentic little hotel, but due to lockdown, we were unable to go ahead with our holiday and had to change our travelplans. We contacted the hotel and to our utmost surprise, they offered us a full refund of our booking. We can’t emphasize enough how grateful we are. We are sure this must be a reflection of how well guests will be treated at this hotel and how of a high standard their hospitality must be. We very much regret we couldn’t visit Methoni and staying at this highly rated hotel this time round. V	Vasilis Kontozis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best hotel (for this budget category) I have ever visited (I travel around Greece for more than 10 years). Everything exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect , 2 mins walk from the Center of the village. Rooms were clean every day. Breakfast is the best we have ever tried in such a hotel (we couldn't even stand eating the half of things served). Hotel owner and the family were more than kind. I really cant think anything that we did not like. Its exactly what we are looking for our vacations.. in a scale of 100 it takes 100 out of 100.
Σ	Σεβαστη Καιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplicity is the best!! Just wonderful! A beautiful garden where a healthy breakfast (handmade bread, eggs, fruits with yogurt etc) is served by Nikos and lyda! Also the room is spacious, very clean with all the necessary amentities and a comfort bed for a nice sleep!!

The hotel is cozy and stylish, the room was perfectly clean, with nice paintings on the walls and the bed was large and comfortable, so I had nice sleep. Delicious breakfast in the lovely garden made me feel like home and Nikos, the owner, was really helpfull and kind. There are many beautiful flowers and plants in the garden, I would say that the athmosphere in the hotel is exceptional. I would definitely come back again. Ευχαριστω πολυ!
