★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit Vardas regularly when in Ag Nik. The two brothers are delightful and the food wonderful value for money - our favourites are the Pitta Gyros and the Greek Salads. Their Barrel Wines, whether Red, White or Rose are constantly good. Great traditional place to visit.

If you want the best food, watch where the locals eat and you won’t go far wrong, and this is where the locals eat.
The food is honest Greek cuisine and always good quality, a bonus is that it is served by the two brothers who are true gentlemen, so friendly and polite.
The pita gyros is very good value and the home made chips are just amazing, the tuna salad as rather good too.
PS. Don’t accept poor imitations, the surrounding restaurants may look good but they are not nearly as good as Vardas

We asked for burger olate and pork giros. Huge quantity as you can see with great quality. We ended with ice cream for free. Gentle touch from the house.
