Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και πολύ βολικό σημείο κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό σταθμό Νέας Ιωνίας (πεζόδρομο). 20.02.2022 ΥΓ. Θα αναγκαστώ να χαμηλώσω την προηγούμενη αξιολόγησή μου για τους εξής λόγους. Πριν ένα μήνα περίπου, ήθελα να αγοράσω ένα επιπλέον μονό ηλεκτρικό υπόστρωμα. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα για διαθεσιμότητα. Η κοπέλα με διαβεβαίωσε ότι υπήρχε μεγάλη διαθεσιμότητα και γι' αυτό τον λόγο, δε χρειαζόταν προκράτηση. Της είπα ότι θα περάσω το μεσημέρι της ίδιας μέρας να το αγοράσω. Όταν έφθασα με ενημέρωσαν ότι είχαν τελειώσει. Αυτό δείχνει έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και σεβασμού στον πελάτη. Αν η προκράτηση δεν είναι εφικτή τηλεφωνικά, καλύτερα να ενημερώνετε τον πελάτη παρά να τον φέρνετε "κατόπιν εορτής" με την συμπεριφορά σας. Κανείς στις μέρες μας δεν έχει καιρό για χάσιμο. Επιπλέον, έπειτα από αγορά του συγκεκριμένου ηλεκτρικού υποστρώματος από άλλο κατάστημα Vicko, διαπίστωσα μειωμένη απόδοση σε σύγκριση με τα προηγούμενα της ίδιας εταιρείας, σε σημείο που αναγκάστηκα να το επιστρέψω. Δεν ξέρω αν επρόκειτο για μεμονωμένη αστοχία υλικού όμως και πάλι θίγεται η αξιοπιστία ποιότητας του προϊόντος. About 3 years ago I bought one of the wonderful Vicko mats again. Helpful staff and very convenient location near the power station of Nea Ionia (pedestrian street). 20.02.2022 ΥΓ. I will have to lower my previous rating for the following reasons. About a month ago, I wanted to buy an extra single electrical substrate. I contacted the store for availability. The girl assured me that there was great availability and for this reason, no reservation was needed. I told her I would spend the afternoon of the same day buying it. When I arrived they informed me that they were finished. This shows a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. If the reservation is not possible by phone, it is better to inform the customer than to bring him "after a party" with your behavior. No one nowadays has time to lose. In addition, after purchasing this electrical substrate from another Vicko store, I found reduced performance compared to the previous ones of the same company, to the point that I had to return it. I do not know if this was an individual hardware failure but again the reliability of the product quality is affected.

D	Dwriliana Nikolopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ηλεκτρική συσκευή ( συγκεκριμένα μπλέντερ ) το οποίο μέσα σε ένα μόλις μήνα χρήσης έβγαζε κομμάτια πλαστικού σε κάθε χτύπημα με αποτέλεσμα να τα βρίσκουμε στο φαγητό που αλεθαμε! Εννοείται έριξαν το φταίξιμο σε κακή χρήση και όχι επιστροφή χρημάτων, ούτε αντικατάσταση δεν έκαναν! Μακριά παιδιά!!!! Μην χαραμίζετε ούτε ευρώ σε τόση χαμηλή ποιότητα!!! I bought an electric device (specifically a blender) which in just one month of use took out pieces of plastic with each blow, as a result of which we find them in the food we grind! Of course they blamed misuse and not refund, nor did they replace! Long children !!!! Do not waste a single euro on such a low quality !!!

Μάλιστα επειδή ήθελε συναρμολόγηση αυτό που πήρα, προσφέρθηκε ο κύριος εκεί και μου το έφτιαξε ο ίδιος. Nice items for home and reasonable prices. People are very kind and helpful.
