Πανέμορφο μέρος!! Πολύ περιποιημένα δωμάτια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικός!

Πανέμορφη τοποθεσία με φοβερή θέα, καθαρά δωματια που βρίσκονται μέσα σε έναν όμορφο ελαιώνα , ενώ ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ευγενικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός.Θα ερχόμασταν ανεπιφύλακτα ξανά!!!!!!!!

Lost in the wild nature. In the middle of Olive groves. Next of one of the most natural virgin sea coasts.

It's kind of difficult to write a review of a hostel when there are so many contradictory factors about the experience you had there. The location is kind of magical, with a super beautiful and secluded beach so near, carefully kept away from the eyes of the public by the people who own property around it. The access to the beach is somewhat difficult, especially for people who are not very fit, because of the steep slope you have to climb when you have to return from it. It's also impossible to reach it by car, since the owners of the two houses that are the nearest to it have managed to build the road that leads there in such a way that there is absolutely no space left to park. The building in which the rooms of villa bellian are is old and not very well maintained. The doors and windows need to be replaced and the bathroom is very small and also badly needs a renovation. The kitchenette was recently renovated and the a/c unit was new. Some of the furniture was new, too and the bedding was fine. The room was very clean and well equipped with new sheets and towels. The balcony was very small but with a great view to the sea. What might be a problem for many guests, especially those who drive there in their own car, is the road that leads there from Argalasti, the main village of the area. It's very steep and unpaved, that means that the vehicles that haven't enough ground clearance and are not equipped with low gearing will suffer a little bit. If you drive a rental car or are not very maniac with your car, there will be no problem. I had to use the low gearing in my SUV's gearbox quite frequently in order not to use up the clutch and make my car suffer!! The owners are nice and supporting, they offered us bottled water because the tap water is not drinkable and when we almost couldn't shower because the tap pressure was too low, something that happened every evening, they said that it was normal because they were watering the garden at that time. Nevertheless, if someone wants a super secluded place to stay with a great beach nearby, I would recommend this place, provided that the visitors are well prepared for the drawbacks mentioned. I cannot rate it better though, become the room was not what someone would expect from a modern hostel, it will need extensive renovations to make it there.

Mixed feelings: great location, polite and helpful host, clean room with air-conditioning. But there were drawbacks: the room was quite small, the balcony also, but with a great view. The bathroom was really very small and taking a shower was not a pleasure. There wasn't also any insect screen at the windows so that flies, moskitos and wasps flew in all the time. It was a pity that we had to run the air-conditioning all the time.
