Be very carefull here! This place is a nightmare! I believe all previous positive reviews of this location are fake and done by the owner himself! We have booked this location for a week and left it already within one day. More than 1,000 of mosquitos, lose angry street dogs, no TV, no airco etc etc. We have contacted the owner beforehand to check if there was an airco and mosquito protection which they confirmed. But they really lied!!!! Please see all other review platforms about this place which are confirming our experience. Don't book here, it will be a nightmare!!

Probably the worst apartment I have ever stayed in and absolutely ruined our holiday. We have stayed in Corfu many times and appreciate the accommodation can be a little basic compare to international standards. However the villa was disgusting and unsafe. The swimming pool was filthy and had not been cleaned in some time with rot all over the bottom. There were only two sun loungers to sit around the pool, which were taken away a day after we checked in so we couldn’t even sit outside. The owners dogs were loose and roamed in the grounds. They tended to be aggressive and would growl as soon as we approached the building. And several times it felt like they were going to attack us and we did not feel safe. They ran at us barking and growling. The building seemed infested. We appreciate a hot climates bring mosquitos, but there seemed to be an excessive amount in the room alongside numerous other bugs. We also saw several mice outside of our room which did little to impress us. The room had the most basic amenities. The bathroom was so small you had to put your feet in the shower to use the toilet. We paid for a Seaview, but the foliage was so overgrown we could see nothing. We had no contact with the owner or any member of staff other than the cleaner. No one was there when we checked in, and no one came to say hello at any stage. It’s odd that this accommodation has had other positive comments, they all seem a little too perfect! We left the apartment early and booked other accommodation elsewhere as we couldn’t stand it any longer. I definitely would not recommend Villa Spyridoula and would absolutely not return

Quite nice accommodation, guys are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite simple, but perfect for a one week stay. Right next to a beautiful beach. 5-minutes walk to city centre, where u can have breakfast and dinner.

It looks absolutely stunning close up, seems to have good accommodation and facilities. In Very quiet secluded spot, but still close enough to resort. Very close to the public beach, which can be busy during high season. Well worth a holiday visit.

Great location 30 seconds to the beach. Upstairs bedroom is beautiful.Shower room is a cheap disaster. It smells there is zero ventilation. Living kitchen area is furnished with with a table chairs and couch that looks like it was gifted from a dead relative.Aweful. Oven didn't work.Groundsman used the washing machine whilst we were out and suggested he had a right to do it again til we clearly said NO.The pool outside the windmill is for pub.ic use of all renting rooms on the territory which would be fine if it was just in the day but people partied til midnight most nights just outside our bedroom so sleeping was difficult. The Gardner is around you within meters from 6 in the morning til night.....talks loudly on his phone often. If it was a cheap rent ....OK...but at nearly two hundred euro a night.....

We stayed in the wind mill for two nights. The dish washer didn't work and the wifi was only accessible outside. It advertises as 2 bedrooms but it it really is 1 bedroom and a kitchen unit that shares a bedroom. Just saying this as it is a premium priced option.
