★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service is very bad , too much time on hold, you ask for the english line, and they just hear you speaking english they close teh line , not at all good for people who need your help what a service, if I had 0 star I would put it !!!!!! Shame , a real shame

First of all you have no way to see what places are open when you want to place an order for something, so you just have to call everywhere to see if you will get a response. Then sometimes after you do find a place , they respond that they have no idea what this application is and that they do not accept the coupons for payment. To make things worse , the application on the phone shows more or less available places every time depending on i have no idea what. While being at the same spot, other times you can find 5 places available and other times 25. And the final blow is that after writing all these concerns, especially the one that places they state as cooperating they have no idea what the app is, they didn't bother to respond. 1 star because you can not rate 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service available over the weekend. Website lists some of the supermarkets that are part of the network - no way to ascertain precisely where card can be used. Mobile app asks for serial number, which as per instruction appears on top right of card on backside, but no such code is recognized. Difficult website to navigate. Unhelpful FAQ.
