★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά δεν ειμαι ευχαριστημένη με το ΣΗΜΑ τους που δεν πιανει σε ολους τους χωρους του σπιτιου..., με την πονηριά τους....που κοιτανε στα ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗ'ΜΑΤΑ' ΤΟΥΣ να εξυπηρετήσουν την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ που δουλεύουν..., κι οχι ΕΣΕΝΑ , ΤΟΝ ΠΕΛΑΤΗ..., αλλά κρατιέμαι σε αυτην την εταιρεια, γιατι έχει《τα φθηνότερα προγράμματα》απ' όλες τις άλλες Εταιρείες κινητής Τηλεφωνίας...ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ..!!!?? Και κάτι που συνέβη πολύ πρόσφατο.! Ρώτησα τον Υπάλληλο...Γιατί μου στέλνουν κάποια SMS αδικαιολόγητα...Για 2 συγκεκριμενα πρόγραμματα που εδώ και 2 χρόνια ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ στη Wind...(Έχω μπεί στό "WIND ONE" που έχει τα πάντα απεριόριστα...Εκτός από τα GB που είναι 10...) Τα Sms ΑΥΤΑ ΟΜΩΣ, Δ Ε Ν αφορούν τα GB... Ο Υπάλληλος λοιπόν, δεν ήξερε να μου πει...με παρέπεμψε στο τηλεφωνικό αριθμό 13800, που έτσι κι αλλιώς είχα καλέσει προ τριημέρου...Και απ ότι φάνηκε εκ του αποτελέσματος.....Δεν έλυσαν το πρόβλημα....και είμαστε ΞΑΝΑ ΣΤΑ ΙΔΙΑ....ΧΩΡΙΣ ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑ και ΧΩΡΙΣ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ....Και χωρίς να ΕΧΩ, ΠΟΥ...ΝΑ ΑΠΕΥΘΥΝΘΩ..!!!
 Generally I am not happy with their SIGN that does not catch in all areas of the house ..., with their cunning .... that looked at THEIR STORES to serve the COMPANY they work ..., and not YOU , THE CUSTOMER ..., but I stick to this company, because it has 《the cheapest programs》 of all the other Mobile Telephony Companies ... UNFORTUNATELY .. !!! ?? And something that happened very recently.! I asked the Employee ... Why do they send me some SMS unjustifiably ... For 2 specific programs that I have NOT had in Wind for 2 years ... (I have entered "WIND ONE" which has everything unlimited ... Except for GB which is 10 ...) BUT THESE SMSs do NOT concern the GB ... So the Employee did not know how to tell me ... he referred me to the telephone number 13800, which I had called three days ago anyway. ..And from what appeared from the result ..... They did not solve the problem .... and we are IN THE SAME AGAIN .... WITHOUT RESULT AND WITHOUT SERVICE .... And without I HAVE, WHERE ... TO ADDRESS .. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το συγκεκριμένο καταστημα δεν αξιζει ουτε 1 αστερι.Αγενείς χωρις αισθηση της εξυπηρέτησης και ανικανοι να δωσουν λυσεις .Έπρεπε να παρω την εξυπηρέτηση πελατων για να βρω λυσεις.Νομιζω οτι σαν συνδρομητης της wind προτεινω η μητρικη εταιρια να ενημερωθει για το πιο αχρηστο καταστημα ever.
This particular store is not worth even 1 star. Rude without sense of service and unable to provide solutions. I had to take customer service to find solutions. I think that as a wind subscriber I suggest the parent company to be informed about the most useless store ever.
