Kids from college are serving the food like waiters, all very young, not have expirience. Manager Ana is terrible host, if you asked her something she will forget and never get back to you, you need to chase her if you need something, she is not professional at all and very bad manager. Food was poor, every day carrots, eggs, bad hams, for sweets every day jelly, baklava and puding, five star hotel have every day the same bad food. Meat has terrible smell, only fruits is good, but overall food for 5 hotel is terrible. Price for this hotel is way up high compare to services. And for sure I will never get back to this hotel again.

We were the only Asian there and they made us feel very uncomfortable. Staff are rude and doesn't know how to smile. I toke my mother who is 81 year old and she wore a burkini but was asked to wear a bikini as others may feel uncomfortable. We approach the manager and he told us it was instructed by him which was even more disappointing for us. Please stay away from this hotel as the pictures are very misleading and looks nothing like it. The place is on a low maintenance. Toilets are dirty and bedroom wardrobe are broken, the Internet is a nightmare. The food is same everyday. Breakfast is a joke because everyday it was the same thing. Absolutely had a horrible time. Please don't pay this much to be disappointed!!!

It was not what we expected from a 5 star resort. Rooms were outdated and not modern at all. Rooms were very noisy and the bed was not good. The atmosfeer was not cosy at all and also other people were complaining about it. Food and drinks were not good. This is our first time in Greece and we were so disappointed about the place. We decided to move on and so we left this place after 2 nights. We found out that there are plenty of good places. So we know Greece is wonderful. I dont recommend this place.
N	Nikola Ivanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is good, clean, not to big, it has a rocky beach at the entrance sand is after 10m on the sea floor, and also flat rock on the pool which is good not to make the surface slippery. Food is good, beach bar makes good cocktails, olive trees make natural shade from the sun. it is a peacefull and a pleasant stay. It seams that here people come here because of the kids. there is no kids entertainment program or of any kind but it has a lot of kids.

C	C Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to say the buffet food is impressive, a big variety of traditional Greek dishes, meat, fish, vegetarian, salads, fruit, desserts, different every day and seemed to be replenished regularly so the food was always fresh and plentiful. The staff all English speaking are friendly and hard working. We loved the pool area but there are sun loungers in the garden and on the beach too. It's a big space so even though the hotel was full it doesn't feel crowded. Highly recommend a visit.

Rooms are large and nicely furbushed. Personell is very kind and helpful. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of food as a mixture of international and Greek cousine. The only problem is that rooms facing the parking lot are oriented towards the main road which can be very noisy especially early in the morning.
