★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση! Από τους λίγους που επιστρέφουν χρήματα για μεταφορικά μετά από λάθος του πελάτη. Έκανα το λάθος και έβαλα δυο παραγγελίες εκ των οποίων η μία είχε μεταφορικά. Το εντόπισαν, με ενημέρωσαν, τα έστειλαν και τα δυο μαζί και μου κατέθεσαν την ίδια μέρα το κόστος των μεταφορικών. Congrats!!!!
 Fast service! One of the few who return money for shipping after a customer's mistake. I made the mistake and placed two orders, one of which had shipping. They located it, informed me, sent them both together and submitted the cost of transport to me the same day. Congrats !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good variety of sport goods. We bought stuff from them. Turned out to be defective. It can happen and we understand this.
What should not happen though is the managers' attitude towards us. Although they did replace the defective item they really claimed that we broke the item. This of course is absolutely non-sensical and it should be impossible for the item we bought.
My advise to them would be to really try out the sports for which their products are intended for. The customer does not need the hustle nor the paternising behaviour. Their sour attitude almost spoiled our mood.
Disappointed with the customer service and truly hope that this was a one-off. We will not giving them any more of our money when we visit again the beautiful city of Katerini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that store. Quality shoes and very friendly staff. Got my Under Armour shoes for gym 5 year ago and still in good shape. Now I bought swimming suite, beautiful Puma T-shirt and of course another pair of shoes :)
Hope I'll back again but this time very soon!
