Αρνητικά: Δε σου κάνουνε κανένα τεστ για να δουν αν έχεις κάποια διαταραχή και έχεις οδηγηθεί στη χρήση. Επίσης, βάζουν όλους του χρήστες μαζί και αν πας καθαρός θα βγεις χρήστης μιας και οι περισσότεροι κάνουν χρήση κρυφά.
Γενικότερα, απαράδεκτοι!
Pros: None
Cons: They do not do any tests to see if you have a disorder and have been led to use. Also, they put all its users together and if you go clean you will become a user since most of them use it secretly.
In general, unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χιλιοδιαφημισμένη εταιρεία για τους ανθρώπους που έχουν ανάγκη από ψυχολογική υποστήριξη. Μόλις τους πάρεις τηλέφωνο, σε αντιμετωπίζουν με τόση απαξίωση που η ψυχολογία πέφτει ακόμα περισσότερο. Κοντινός μου άνθρωπος πήρε εχθές τηλέφωνο για ψυχολογική υποστήριξη και τον παρέπεμψαν στο νοσοκομείο της περιοχής του. Απαράδεκτο.
A well-publicized company for people in need of psychological support. As soon as you call them, they treat you with so much disrespect that the psychology falls even more. A person close to me called yesterday for psychological support and was referred to the hospital in his area. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα περάσει από όλα τα προγράμματα αντιμετώπισης εθισμων… τόσο δημόσια όσο και ιδιωτικά …πραγματικά το καλύτερο πρόγραμμα , με καταρτισμένους ψυχοθεραπευτές που μέσα στο διάστημα της ψυχοθεραπείας πραγματικά μαθαίνεις τον ίδιο σου ,τον εαυτό και μαθαίνεις να τον αγαπάς και να τον προσεχείς!! Όσο για την ψυχιατρική υποστήριξη , πιστεύω ότι είναι η πιο καταρτισμένη με αγωγή που σε βοηθά να βγει ο καθένας μας από τον γολγοθά του…Όσο γι αυτά τα reviews που διαβάζω ότι όλοι πίνουν..αυτά δεν ισχύουν μιας και γίνονται ουροληψιες σε εβδομαδιαία βάση!! Η ευγνωμοσύνη που νιώθω είναι απίστευτη!! Και για εσάς που διαβάζετε να ξέρετε..αφού τα κατάφερα εγώ , σίγουρα μπορείτε και εσείς!!Θελει πίστη & θέληση
