★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άκρως επικίνδυνος χώρος χωρίς πρόνοια για βοηθητικούς χώρους, με αποτέλεσμα διάφορα όργανα, ψυγείο κλπ να βρίσκονται σε μικρή απόσταση από τον αγωνιστικό χώρο.
Εγκαταλελειμμένο από την δημαρχία με αποτέλεσμα να στάζει η οροφή σε διάφορα σημεία του αγωνιστικού χώρου, οι λάμπες παλαιού τύπου παράγουν πολύ θόρυβο, σπασμένα τζάμια. Νομίζω ότι οι πολίτες της Νίκαιας πληρώνουν πολλά τέλη και δεν τους αξίζει ένας κάκιστος χώρος σαν αυτόν.
Highly hazardous space without any auxiliary spaces, resulting in various instruments, refrigerators, etc. within easy reach of the playing field.
Abandoned by the municipality as a result of the roof dripping into various parts of the field, the old-style lamps produce a lot of noise, broken glass. I think that the citizens of Nice are paying a lot of fees and they do not deserve a hell of a place like that.
