g	gliak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το 1 ο Λύκειο Καλαμάτας ιδρύθηκε το 1861 ως (τετρατάξιο) 1 ο Γυμνάσιο. Το "1 ο Γυμνάσιο" ήταν ανάμεσα στα δέκα πρώτα δημόσια Γυμνάσια, τα οποία ιδρύθηκαν στην Ελλάδα μετά την επανάσταση του 1821. Προηγήθηκαν τα Γυμνάσια Ναυπλίου (1833), Αθήνας (1835), Μεσολογγίου (1835), Πάτρας (1835), Σύρου (1835), Αθήνας Α΄ Βαρβάκειο (1843), Τρίπολης (1846), Λαμίας (1846) και Χαλκίδας (1861). Ήταν το μοναδικό Γυμνάσιο στη Μεσσηνία μέχρι το 1885, οπότε λειτούργησε και το Γυμνάσιο Φιλιατρών. Μέχρι το 1975, το 1 ο Γυμνάσιο και το 1 ο Λύκειο στεγάζονταν στο κτίριο που βρίσκεται πάνω από το ναό της Υπαπαντής και σήμερα είναι το Δημοτικό Ωδείο Καλαμάτας. Το 1975 το 1 ο Γυμνάσιο και το 1 ο Λύκειο μεταφέρθηκαν στο κτίριο της "Σχολής Παπαφλέσσα" (Φαρών & Κρήτης). Το έτος 2000 τα δύο Σχολεία χωρίστηκαν κτιριακά: Το 1 ο Λύκειο μεταφέρθηκε στο κτίριο που βρίσκεται σήμερα (Λυκούργου & Σπετσών ή ακριβέστερα Λυκούργου & Λιναρδάκη) ενώ λίγα χρόνια αργότερα (2005) μεταφέρθηκε και το 1 ο Γυμνάσιο στη συμβολή των οδών Φαρών και Βασ. Κων/νου. The 1 ο//sup> Kalamata Lyceum was founded in 1861 as a (four-grade) 1 the Gymnasium. "1 o Gymnasium" was among the first ten public Gymnasiums, which were founded in Greece after the revolution of 1821. It was preceded by the Gymnasiums of Nafplio (1833), Athens (1835), Messolonghi (1835), Patras (1835), Syros (1835), Athens AD Varvakeio (1843), Tripoli (1846), Lamia (1846) and Chalkida (1861). It was the only High School in Messinia until 1885, when the Filiatra High School operated. Until 1975, the 1st High School and the 1st High School were housed in the building located above the church of Ypapantis and today is the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata. In 1975 the 1st High School and the 1st High School were transferred to the building of the "Papaflessa School" (Faron & Crete). In the year 2000 the two Schools were divided into buildings: The 1 o Lyceum was moved to the building that is today (Lykourgou & Spetson or more precisely Lykourgou & Linardaki) while a few years later (2005) the 1 Gymnasium at the junction of Faron and Vas. Konstantinos streets.
