★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζορίστηκα πολύ μέχρι να βρω έναν χώρο που να με εμπνέει να ασκούμαι και να γίνομαι καλύτερη. Το 21.90 ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που έψαχνα. Καθαριότητα, γνώση, επιμέλεια και χαμόγελα είναι μόνο λίγα από αυτά. Τους λατρεύωωω!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας κάνει αρκετούς μήνες reformer pilates στο Λονδίνο, ήταν με διαφορά το καλύτερο μάθημα που έχω κάνει. Το περιβάλλον είναι πολύ προσεγμένο, και η Άννα-μαρία είναι πολύ καταρτισμένη και πολύ φιλική με προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια κάνει το μάθημα ευχάριστο και διασκεδαστικό!
Having done several months of reformer pilates in London, it was by far the best lesson I've ever done. The environment is very attentive, and Anna-Maria is very knowledgeable and very friendly with attention to detail makes the lesson enjoyable and fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά υπέροχο! Φοβερά άτομα, εξειδικευμένα, με γνώσεις!!ξέρουν από Pilates όχι αστεία! Όμορφο περιβάλλον, εμπλουτισμένο πρόγραμμα ώστε να επιλέξεις αυτό που σου ταιριάζει ανάλογα με τον χρόνο σου και πολύ καλές τιμές για την συγκεκριμένη γυμναστική!!! Δεν το αλλάζω!!
Just wonderful! Awesome people, skilled, knowledgeable !! know from Pilates no jokes! Beautiful environment, enriched program to choose the one that suits your time and very good prices for this particular gym !!! I don't change it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδω και 25 χρόνια ασχολούμαι με τις πολεμικές τέχνεςκαι τελευταία με το χορό. Ξεκίνησα Pilates (personal) με την Άννα Μαρία δοκιμαστικά πριν 3 μήνες διότι είχα αρχίσει να καμπουριάζω. Η πρόοδος που είδα σ αυτούς τους μήνες είναι πραγματικά εντυπωσιακή. Η Άννα Μαρία είναι πραγματικά χαρισματική, δύσκολη - όπως πρέπει, αλλά σίγουρα χαρισματική! Και συγχρόνως πολύ ευχάριστη. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και με χαρα μου!
I have been involved in martial arts for 25 years and most recently in dance. I started Pilates (personal) with Anna Maria on a trial basis 3 months ago because I had started to squat. The progress I have seen in these months is truly impressive. Anna Maria is really charismatic, difficult - as it should be, but definitely charismatic! And at the same time very pleasant. I highly recommend it and with my pleasure!
