★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να ψωνίσω λουκανικάκια φρανκφούρτης και ήταν ληγμένα 2 εβδομάδων περίπου. 24/1/2022 η αγορά και η ημερομηνία λήξης ήταν 13/1/2022. Οταν τα επεστρεψα με την αποδειξη, η κυρια στο ταμείο μου ειπε 'εντάξει, ήταν λάθος όλων μας, τι να κάνουμε τώρα?, παρτέ πίσω τα λεφτά σας και εντάξει' 11 ημέρες κανείς δεν έλεγξε τα ψυγεία. Είναι επικίνδυνο. Προφανώς και θα γίνει το πρωί καταγγελία στο υγειονομικό και στην προστασία καταναλωτή
 I went shopping for frankfurters and they were about 2 weeks old. 24/1/2022 the purchase and the expiration date was 13/1/2022. When I returned them with the receipt, the lady at the checkout told me 'okay, it was all our fault, what should we do now ?, take back your money and okay' for 11 days no one checked the refrigerators. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε σήμερα παραγγελία γνωρίζοντας ότι υπάρχει καθυστέρηση, (αναγραφόταν 90 λεπτά) και μιας και είχα κλήσεις και δεν μπόρεσαν να με βρουν μου ακύρωσαν την παραγγελία με επιστροφή χρημάτων από 2 έως 15 μέρες , απαράδεκτος χρόνος επιστροφής και απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση.
Προς απάντησής σας προσπαθήσαμε να μιλήσουμε με το κατάστημά σας όπως και με την υπηρεσία που παραγγείλαμε ώστε να μην ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία μας αλλά δεν μπορέσαμε να βρούμε άκρη με κανέναν παρά μόνο την επιστροφή των χρημάτων σε 15 μέρες, που η συγκεκριμένη αναμονή για επιστροφή είναι αδιανόητη, δεν αλλάζει η βαθμολογία μου και είναι ευθύνη σας η εύρυθμη λειτουργία πληρωμών επιστροφών και επικοινωνίας στο κομμάτι της παραγγελίας, όταν το βελτιώσετε αυτό και φανεί εμπράκτως σε μελλοντικές παραγγελίες, τότε θα γίνει και αναθεώρηση της κριτικής.

Once, I was denied the purchase of 4 packets of cigarettes, because I would pay via debit card and the shopkeeper said that card transactions take too long to clear by the bank and that is why they require cash above a certain amount of purchases. That was really inconvenient. Other than that, the place has some imported goods like coke vanilla and Dr. Pepper at good prices.
