★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απανταει κανεις στο τηλεφωνικο κεντρο και εχουν αυτοματο τηλεφωνητη. Οποια επιλογη και να εβαζα οι υπαλληλοι δεν ηξερε να μου απαντησει ή να με εξυοηρετησει κανεις και φυσικα η γραμματεια του Διοικητη δεν εβγαζε καν γραμμη
No one answers the call center and they have an answering machine. Whatever choice I made, the employees did not know how to answer me or to please me and of course the Secretary's office did not even draw a line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 αστεριά, τουλάχιστον όσον αφορά το τμήμα ανάπτυξης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού. Πραγματικά είναι η μόνη φορά που σε δημόσια υπηρεσία απαντούν πάντα στο τηλέφωνο και με ευγένεια. Όσες φορές κι αν κάλεσα έως την διεκπεραίωση του αιτήματός μου, πάντοτε απάντησαν και με ενημέρωσαν άρτια και με προθυμία.
5 stars, at least in terms of human resources development. It really is the only time in public service they always answer the phone and politely. No matter how many times I called until my request was processed, they always answered and informed me thoroughly and willingly.
