f	f esail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παίρνω τηλέφωνο να κλείσω ραντεβού για εξέταση COVID. Με ρωτάνε τι ώρα θα επιθυμούσα, ενημερώνω ότι θα ήθελα εξέταση για τις 10:30. Μου λένε ότι δεν έχουν εκείνη την ώρα αλλά στις 10:25. Συμφωνώ. Έρχομαι 10:20 μου λένε να περιμένω, έχει πάει 10:40 κι ακόμα περιμένω. Αν θέλουμε να είμαστε τόσο συγκεκριμένοι και τυπικοί με την ώρα των ραντεβού καλό θα ήταν να τα τηρούμε κιόλας. I get a phone call to make an appointment for a COVID test. They ask me what time I would like, I inform that I would like an examination for 10:30. They tell me they do not have that time but at 10:25. Agree. I come 10:20 I am told to wait, it is 10:40 and I am still waiting. If we want to be so specific and formal with the time of the appointments, it would be good to keep them.

Τα βρήκε όλα μια χαρά και παρόλο που εντόπισε το σημείο πόνου απλά είπε ότι έχει να κάνει με τον τένοντα. Όταν ρώτησα τι πρέπει να κάνω, για να βρω την αιτία του πόνου και για να μην προκαλέσω μεγαλύτερη ζημιά η απάντηση ήταν "εγώ σας λέω τι βρίσκω τώρα, αν ο πόνος που σας πιάνει είναι μεγαλύτερος είναι άλλο θέμα". Την έβγαλε την υποχρέωση... One of the worst experiences. I had an appointment at an orthopedist, who was not in the mood to help. He found it all fine and although he located the point of pain he simply said it had to do with the tendon. When I asked what I should do to find the cause of the pain and not cause more damage the answer was "I tell you what I find now, if the pain you are in is greater it is another matter". He took out the obligation ...

Οι υπάλληλοι στην γραμματεία εργάζονται πάνω από τις δυνάμεις τους σε πολύ δύσκολες συνθήκες εν μέσω κρουσμάτων covid-19 και πάραυτα προσπαθούν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν όσο καλύτερα μπορούν. Τα θερμά μου συγχαρητήρια στον καρδιολόγο κ. Σκουφά. επιστήμονας και πάνω από όλα άνθρωπος. Excellent services from all the nursing and administrative staff. The staff at the secretariat work beyond their means in very difficult conditions in the midst of covid-19 cases and immediately try to serve you as best they can. My warmest congratulations to the cardiologist Mr. Skoufa. scientist and above all man.
