★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was amazing.. very quiet and peaceful! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the room spacious and clean.. in other words, everything was absolutely brilliant! The owners are great and very helpful people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's not to like in the paradise itself??Great, clean,brand new villas with excellent location,decoration and panoramic view, gazing at the the sea and a private pool. Just a few minutes from the center, but believe me you won't have a reason to leave!!Very quite, ideal for relaxing and hide and seek if you have kids!?The house is so appealling and fully equiped, that can accomodate at least 6 people, ideal for families,friends and of course couples, who can relax in one of the three floors!!!The owners are so friendly, discrete and always willing to help. I left a piece of my heart there and I m definately gonna go back to take it!?
P.S.:Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise, believe me you won't forget this experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not speak more highly about this villa! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were greeted with some of the best customer service. The location is really near the town of Lefkada and it has an expeptional view from the balcony or the pool side. The owners are so kind and provided with all the information needed. I will definitely stay here again! Ideal stay for familys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is amazing. 31Blue villas are located at a place with a breathtaking view. It has all the facilities could anyone need during vacation. The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it, as it was the best place I ever stayed during summer vacation!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous new villa in Lefkada very close to the center. Vicky our host was very welcoming. The villa is beautiful and each villa has their own pool. Very modern and clean villa. I would 10/10 recommend and the pricing is extremely fair for the view and what you are getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new villas with amazing sea view, located in a quite area, only a few minutes away from the city center. Modern spacious rooms that were spotless clean. Much appreciated that the young local hosts were more than keen to help you out during your stay on the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hosts Vicky and Dimitri were super friendly and caring. Even before we arrived they had sent us great tips about places to go, like beautiful beaches, awesome restaurants and many more fun things to do.
The House which we stayed in was the Royal Blue. And the view was breathtaking, just beautiful every day, no matter the weather. The house had everything we needed, super modern interieur and the TV even had Netflix! The Barbecue-Place outside is with gas and super lovely and the infinity pool is so awesome!
The 3 houses are in the best spot of Lefkada. Only a few minutes with the car there are supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and the Center of Lefkada with great shopping, Food and Bar opportunities.
We went to Lefkada from the middle till the end of October and even with some rainy days it was super cozy! The air conditioning in every Room made the house warm.
We will surely come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful holiday we had. This villa is so lovely and brand new!! Way better than everything we expected! The house itself, the infinity pool and the garden are beautiful and super clean. The staff who greeted us were very helpful and well aware that they were there to help in any way (they even came to our aid one evening when we encountered problems with our car!!). All the accommodations in the house were up to our high standards and we felt like at home. We loved the breathtaking views and the close proximity to Lefkada city.
Extra: because of the many terraces you always have a nice place in the sun or shade. The moment you step inside the villa you immediately have a "home" feeling. We are happy to come back next year!
