Τι άλλο να θελαμε! First day in Ioannina and we found it by chance. Smiling and polite all the children at the service and reception, affordable prices, nice music and great views ... What more could we want!

H	HEL LO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δεύτερο αστέρι το βάζω για την θέα. Η φίλη μου που είναι vegetarian για 3 χρόνια, παρήγγειλε ένα club sandwich χωρίς αλλαντικά, πράγμα που τόνισε κιόλας. Ήταν ιδιαίτερα πεινασμένη οπότε όταν η σερβιτόρα έφερε το club λέγοντας "ένα club χωρίς αλλαντικά" δεν σκέφτηκε να ελέγξει τι περιείχε μέσα. Σύντομα συνειδητοποίησε ότι μέσα υπήρχε ΓΑΛΟΠΟΎΛΑ. Προσπάθησα να εξηγήσω την κατάσταση στην σερβιτόρα, όμως εκείνη είπε αδιάφορα: "Α οκ θέλετε άλλο;" Χρεωθήκαμε το club που στην ουσία ήταν λάθος παραγγελία και δίχως να έχει καταναλωθεί καν. Η φίλη μου αργότερα μίλησε με τον υπεύθυνο και καταφέραμε να πάρουμε πίσω τα λεφτά, δίχως όμως να ζητήσουν συγγνώμη. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας I put the second star for the view. My friend who has been a vegetarian for 3 years, ordered a club sandwich without cold cuts, which she stressed. She was very hungry so when the waitress brought the club saying "a club without cold cuts" she did not think to check what was inside. He soon realized that there was TURKEY inside. I tried to explain the situation to the waitress, but she said indifferently: "Ok, do you want something else?" We were charged for the club which was in fact a wrong order and without it having even been consumed. My friend later talked to the manager and we managed to get the money back, but without apologizing. The conclusion is yours to make
X	Xenia Athanasiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πανέμορφο εστιατόριο με μαγευτική θέα και εσωτερική διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και το φαγητό ήταν από άλλο πλανήτη! Πολύ οικονομικό αν συγκρίνουμε την τιμή με την ποιότητά. Δεν θέλαμε να χαλάσουμε τα πιάτα . Ήταν πεντανόστιμα. Συγχαρητήρια στον σεφ και στο προσωπικό. Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Beautiful restaurant with magnificent views and interior design. The staff were great and the food was from another planet! Very economical if we compare the price with the quality. We did not want to spoil the dishes. They were delicious. Congratulations to the chef and staff. Everything was perfect.

Once the "person who knows how to make coffee" wasn't there (at 11 am). Another time they didn't have anything to give with the coffee so, without apologising, they just said "we're out of cookies". At night though, the service is great and the food as well.
