Μέχρι εκεί τελειώνουν και καλά Πήγα με την όρεξη να ανάψω το τζάκι και έμεινα με αυτήν Δεν ειχε ξύλα στο καλάθι μέσα στο δωμάτιο και μας υποδειξαν να πάρουμε από τα βρεγμένα έξω. Όταν είπα ότι δε ανάβουν μου είπαν ότι δεν ξέρω να το κάνω και δεν το άναψαν αυτοί που ήξεραν. Το ομολογουμένως καλό πρωινό το έφεραν σε 1 σερβιτσιο για δύο άτομα και τρώγαμε με βάρδια. Στο παράπονο για το έντονα διακοπτόμενο internet μου είπαν ότι δεν έχω δίκιο γιατί στο booking έχει 5 αστεράκια !!!!! ---------- Καθώς δεν έχω δικαίωμα να απαντήσω στην απάντηση σας Ενημερώνω την αξιολόγηση. Καταλαβαινετε ότι εφόσον με Κατηγορείτε ως ψεύτη σαφώς δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να σας προτιμήσω ξανά . Ούτε ξύλα είχε στο καλάθι ούτε τα σερβίτσια ήταν 2 ένα πιάτο είχε και την δεύτερη μέρα ζήτησα εγώ να φέρετε δεύτερο. Για το internet κανείς δεν έλεγξε στο δωμάτιο και το pos δεν ήταν καν εγκατεστημένο καθώς εμφανιζε error 150 invalid merchant setup Καλώς ήλθε το δολάριο λοιπόν. The room nice. Το γεγονός ότι κάποιοι αρνούνται να δεχτούν μια μη βολική προς αυτούς αξιολόγηση, δε σημαίνει, πως αυτός που την υποβάλλει είναι απλά αποκείημα μιας αρρωστημενης φαντασίας. Για να σας επαναφέρω λίγο απότομα στην πραγματικότητα, καλό είναι να ελεγχετε τουλάχιστον μια φορά το εξάμηνο το πιγκάλ του μπάνιου. Και ελπίζω την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθουμε, στο χώρο σερβιρίσματος του πρωινού να έχετε προσθέσει έστω έναν ανοξείδωτο πάγκο. Φιλικά σας υπενθυμίζω ότι ξυλινες επιφάνειες χρησιμοποιούμε μόνο στην κουζίνα του σπιτιού μας. Καλή η προσπάθεια αλλά χρειάζεστε πολύ δουλειά ακόμα. Arrogance is a very bad advisor for a businessman. Β	Βασίλης Στρατόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ξεκινήσω από τα καλά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ζεστό αν και η θερμοκρασία δεν ρυθμιζονταν εσωτερικα από το δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του χωριού. Το δωμάτιο σχετικά όμορφο αν και πληκτικο λόγω της βαριάς διακόσμησης και των μικρών ανοιγμάτων. Υπήρχε χώρος στάθμευσης όχι όμως του καταλύματος αλλά από παρακείμενο ξέφραγο χωράφι. Τα κακά πολύ περισσότερα. Παραμελημενος εξωτερικός χώρος σπασμένη πέργκολα, εκτεθειμένα καλώδια ρεύματος. Μεγάλα κούτσουρα δίχως προσαναματα και ένα τσεκούρι προκειμένου οι πελάτες να το χρησιμοποιούν για να δημιουργήσουν προσαναματα για να ανάψουν το τζάκι με πολύ κόπο . Άραγε αν τραυματιστεί κάποιος ποιος θα αναλάβει την ευθύνη; Ρωγμές στην τοιχοποιεια του δωματίου, σπασμένο καπάκι τουαλέτας, εκτεθειμένος σωλήνας αποχέτευσης... Πρωινό της πλάκας.. Απορώ με τις υπόλοιπες κρητικές περί πλούσιου πρωινού στο δωμάτιο . Η ευγένεια της οικοδέσποινας επιφανειακη. Ζητήσαμε ένα κουταλάκι για να φάει ένα παιδάκι ενός έτους και μας είπε ότι θα το φέρει αν είναι απαραίτητο γιατι η ρεσεψιόν δεν λειτουργούσε μετά το μεσημέρι. Ενώ δεν υπήρχαν μέτρα κατά του κορονοιου (πχ κάλυμμα στο κοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης) σε οποιαδήποτε παράληψη του καταλύματος η κ. Δέσποινα επικαλούμενη την υπάλληλο της επιχείρησης ανέφερε ότι οι ελλείψεις οφείλονταν στα μέτρα κατά της πανδημίας. Στο κουζίνακι δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου μαχαιροπίρουνα, πιάτα κτλ, ενώ θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν μέσα σε ναυλον συσκευασίες όπως ορίζεται στα μέτρα προφύλαξης. Τα λερωμένα φλιτζάνια δεν απομακρυνθηκαν έως και την αναχώρηση μας. Επίσης δεν ανανεώθηκαν τα φακελάκια του τσαγιού που επαρκουσαν μόνο για την πρώτη μέρα. Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια σκληρά, ακόμα μας πονάει η μέση μας.. Εκ των υστέρων αποδείχτηκε πως η κ. Δέσποινα δεν ήταν υπάλληλος όπως μας ανέφερε αλλά ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία ανεξήγητως αποφευγε να το δηλώσει. Από κάποιους η κριτική μου μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί αυστηρή αλλά στην πραγματικότητα δεν είναι λαμβάνοντας υπόψη και την υψηλοτατη τιμή του καταλύματος. Όταν πληρώνεις 230€ ανά διανυκτέρευση έχεις και απαιτήσεις.. I will start with the good. The room was warm although the temperature was not regulated internally by the room.
