47 Luxury Suites and Lofts - Konstantinoupoleos Ave. 47

Excellent studio suites. The location is slightly outside the main city centre but easily connected through metro. Metro station is just 3 mins walk. Staff is extremely nice and supportive and the apartment itself is big enough for three people.

Like many others I received a message two days before our planned arrival at the Apartment that our reservation (we booked an apartment for two nights) was cancelled due to a “malfunction of the plumbing system”. They wrote that they’ve found an other “nice stay” at an apartment that’s near by the hotel. So I clicked on the link to check out their suggested property and it was absolutely not comparable to our chosen property. The standard was really low, also there was no breakfast included. 47 luxury apartments also wrote us that as we can see the price of the other hotel is a bit higher but that they’re willing to pay the difference for us. Also they offered a voucher for another stay at their hotel. After I saw the suggested hotel I wrote them that I do not accept the other stay and that I want my money back and that I’m really unsatisfied with the whole situation. In the meantime I booked another hotel which looked really nice with breakfast included (Urban Nest - Suites & Apartments) which, in my opinion, is comparable with 47 Luxury Apartments but unfortunately it costs 45€ more per night. After a while I got another message that they’re really sorry and how could they make me happy. So I told them that I booked the other hotel and that they can either just refund the money I payed for their room or they can refund it plus pay the difference for the new hotel. To my surprise they really refunded it and paid the difference. They were also very friendly while messaging and I have the feeling that they were really sorry for the whole situation. In the end the whole story turned out fine (despite the stress we had two days before our arrival) but they should REALLY reconsider overbooking their hotel. I’m rating them with 4 stars because they really made an effort to make us as comfortable as we can be in a situation like this.

The first floor, you have to go by foot because there is no access to the elevator for it. But the ground-floor has an elevator for the rest of the floors. The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. The building was very clean. The room in the first floor was very organised as well. They have a jacuzzi on the rooftop, unfortunately because of the pandemic, we were not able to use it. In the rooftop, you have a pleasant view of the city and Acropolis, which i enjoyed very much.

Alex and his team run an excellent hotel. The view from the roof top terrace is priceless! Lots of great restaurants near buy and a great super market with great Greek wines at cheap prices!

The best suite I've ever been at. Really nice view, suite clean and spacious with every comfort and the staff was super nice. I would recommend to go.

The staff was amazing, the suite was really spacious clean and the decoration just amazing! The area is only few steps away from the metro station Kerameikos at the heart of Athens ! Definitely we will come back !

Very happy with my booking at this place. The appartment is pretty large and makes you feel like a king in Athens. Decoration and style are very nice. Sight from the 4th floor is stunning. We could easily see the Acropolis and observatorium from our room. Shower was good, and a full use kitchen with a nicely stocked fridge (due to covid no central breakfast). Only slight downside to the room was the bed. I slept fine but for such a good room I expected a softer and thicker matress The staff is also amazing. Very friendly. We met Alexander who was really welcoming and told us on request for 15/20 minutes what to do in Athens. Also, room service via Whatts App works really fast :)

I haven't stayed at this place as I had to cancel my vacation due to illness. However, I'd like to admit that the host has kindly agreed to cancel my booking without any fees despite it's already became non-refundable. Appreciate your flexibility! Wishing you all the best!
