★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απρόσεκτοι και καθόλου οργανωτικοί. Μπέρδεψαν το ποδήλατό μου με κάποιου άλλου. Αναμενόμενο, βέβαια, αφού δεν κρατούν προσωπικά στοιχεία και σημειώσεις επισκευής! Παρέλαβα το ποδήλατο με καθυστέρηση και διαπίστωσα ότι δεν επιδιορθώθηκε τίποτα από όσα ζήτησα. Το άφησα για άλλη μία εβδομάδα, ωστόσο δεν έμεινα, και πάλι, ικανοποιημένη. Ενώ τα χρήματα που μου ζητήθηκαν ήταν περισσότερα από αυτά που είχαμε συμφωνήσει εξ αρχής. Αναγκάστηκα να επισκεφθώ και άλλο κατάστημα.
Careless and not at all organizational. They confused my bike with someone else's. Expected, of course, since they do not keep personal details and repair notes! I picked up the bike late and found that nothing I asked for was fixed. I left it for another week, but again, I was not satisfied. While the money I was asked for was more than we had agreed from the beginning. I had to visit another store.
