Η υπάλληλος βλέπει το παντελόνι αφού της έδειξα το πρόβλημα και με ρώτησε από τι έχει δημιουργηθεί η στάμπα, της εξήγησα και έπειτα μου ζήτησε να προπληρώσω για την υπηρεσία. Δευτέρα πάω να παραλάβω το παντελόνι, δίνω το χαρτάκι μου και με ένα ύφος μου λέει το άσπρο παντελόνι έχετε , δεν καθάρισε. Την ρωτώ με απορία γιατί και άρχισε να μου εξηγεί ότι συνήθως αυτοί οι λεκέδες δεν βγαίνουν. Με απορία πάλι ρώτησα γιατί δεν μου το είπατε εξαρχής να μην το αφήσω εφόσον το γνωρίζατε , και τότε άρχισε να μου εξηγεί ότι μου το έχει πει όταν πήγα και ήταν δική μου απόφαση, πράγμα που ήταν ψευδές, και μετά μου απάντησε ότι τέτοιοι λεκέδες δεν βγαίνουν και ότι 5 στα 10 καθαρίζουν. Όταν την ρώτησα γιατί εγώ πρέπει να πληρώσω για μια υπηρεσία που τελικά δεν πήρα , άρχισε να με ρωτάει εάν θα ήθελα τα χρήματα πίσω, αλλά με ένα ύφος ότι κανονικά δεν πρέπει. Εν κατακλείδι η υπάλληλος εκτός από ότι είπε ψέματα , ούτε με ενημέρωσε ότι υπήρχε πιθανότητα να μην διορθωθεί αλλά στην πορεία προσπάθησε να αλλάξει την αρχική της απάντηση και με άλλα ψέματα το γιατί δέχτηκε το παντελόνι για καθαρισμό. Απαράδεκτο Service και όχι δεν δέχτηκα τα χρήματα πίσω με τέτοια συμπεριφορά. On Friday afternoon, I went to a white pants with a red paper napkin. I left the pants in order to receive it Monday. Το συγκεκριμένο καθαριστήριο όμως το κακό μεταχειρίστηκε με αποτέλεσμα το μπουφάν να μυρίζει πολύ άσχημα και τα πούπουλα να εχουν μαζευτεί και να έχουν γίνει μικρά μπαλάκια. Στην προσπάθεια μου να διορθωθεί το μπουφάν το πήγα στο παραπάνω κατάστημα - 5asec- και οι κοπέλες κατάφεραν να το διορθώσουν και το μπουφάν έγινε σαν καινούριο. Ύστερα από αυτό το αποτέλεσμα έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη και από τότε χρησιμοποιώ τις υπηρεσίες του 5asec σε ότι χρειάζομαι.
