Δεν υπηρχε κάποια ενημέρωση για παραλαβή γιατι ειναι λογικά πολιτικη για να χρεώνουν τις μέρες. Το 1 αστέρι ομως είναι γιατί κ καλά χτυπανε στο ταμειο την χρεώση σαν μετρητα κ σου λένε ότι δεν γίνεται με κάρτα γιατι τωρα το περασαν (φυσικά χωρίς να ρωτήσουν τον πελάτη) κ το καλύτερο ειναι ότι το κάνουν για να μην δώσουν αποδειξη I had left the quilt for a month or so and of course there was an extra charge all right so far. There was no briefing on receipt because it is reasonably political to charge the days. But the 1 star is because they hit the cash well in cash and they tell you that it can't be done with a card because they spent it now (of course without asking the customer) and the best thing is to do it without giving a receipt

L	Lou Chrysag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να παραλάβω το δερμάτινο σακάκι μου, (απο 04/06/21!!!& 30ε!!) και η Κα Λίτσα όχι μόνο δε ζήτησε συγγνώμη γιατί πήγα τζάμπα (στη σωστή ημ/νία παραλαβής), αλλά όταν παραπονέθηκα για το χρόνο και ότι δε με πήραν ούτε καν τηλέφωνο για τη καθυστέρηση, μου είπε κιόλας : "ΑΝ ΔΕΝ ΣΑΣ ΑΡΕΣΕΙ ΜΗ ΞΑΝΑΕΡΘΕΤΕ !!!!!!" Συγχαρητήρια για την υπάλληλο και τον επαγγελματισμό σας... I went to pick up my leather jacket, (from 04/06/21 !!! & 30ε !!) and Ms. Litsa not only did not apologize because I went to jabba (on the correct date of receipt), but when I complained about the time and that they didn't even call me for the delay, he even told me: "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, DON'T COME AGAIN !!!!!!" Είναι αργοί και μη οργανωμένοι. Να ελέγχετε τα πράγματά σας, πριν τα πάρετε. Δεν παίρνει πιστωτική κάρτα ΠΟΤΈ και εάν ζητήσεις αποδειξη σε στραβοκοιτα και προσπαθεί να το αποφύγει με κάθε τρόπο. He says it will make you a better price, but in fact he makes the offers of the month (as they come from the mom company he is obliged to make) and sells it as a discount. They are slow and unorganized. Check your things before you take them. He NEVER gets a credit card even if you ask for a receipt in a crooked way and tries to avoid it in every way.
S	Stavropoulou Evangelia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανένας επαγγελματισμός. Παπλώματα για πλύσιμο πάνω από 1,5 μήνα κ μετά από τις πολλές κλήσεις μου ( δεν με κάλεσαν ούτε μια φορά για ενημέρωση) με ενημέρωσαν να παω να δω μήπως είναι ένα συγκεκριμένο καθώς έφυγε το μαρκάρισμα.
I	IRENE DE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από 2 φορές "καθάρισμα" στο πάπλωμά μου (κατά τα λεγόμενά τους), οι λεκέδες δεν αφαιρέθηκαν ούτε στο ελάχιστο! Το χνούδι ανάμεσα στις ραφές από την παπλωματοθήκη παρέμεινε άθικτο κλπ! Με αποτέλεσμα να μου δοθεί η εντύπωση οτι δεν έχει καθαριστεί ποτέ! Ζήτησα απο την υπάλληλο τα χρήματά μου πίσω, καθότι οι υπηρεσίες τους ήταν μηδαμινές σε αποτελεσματικότητα! Εννοείται δεν πήρα χρήματα πίσω..!! ΜΗΝ πληρώνετε ΠΟΤΕ υπηρεσίες απο πριν! και κυρίως να μην χρησιμοποιήτε το εν λόγω καθαριστήριο! ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: τους λεκέδες τελικά τους αφαίρεσα ΜΟΝΗ μου, τοπικά με λίγο ζεστό νερό & οδοντόβουρτσα. After 2 times "cleaning" on my quilt (as they say), the stains were not removed in the slightest! The fluff between the seams from the quilt case remained intact etc! As a result, I get the impression that it has never been cleaned! I asked the clerk for my money back, as their services were negligible in efficiency! Of course I did not get money back .. !! NEVER pay for services in advance! and especially not to use this laundry! NOTE: I finally removed the stains ALONE, locally with a little hot water & toothbrush.
